3 pages on this vague and broad question huh? Its not so much a matter of age but a person's goals, diet, training, so much comes into play here to say when one should start aas. The best way in general is when one feels that they have hit their genetic potential in size and strength and cant achieve anymore naturally. Now most wont go this route of course but this is the best way. Also, when i say genetic potential i also mean you've been training for at least 5yrs, eat every 2-3hrs, get 7-9hrs sleep. Diet is and always will be the major key to this as well. No Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) will ever be invented to make up for a shitty or sub-par diet. If ur 18 and asking this question then im sure your yrs away from aas. Also be under 15%bf. Could gone on forever answering this broad question but seeing how its taking 3+ pages im sure this question is getting answered over and over.
