* Kasein Protein Shake - Before bedtime.
Throw some form of creatine/kre-alkaline of 5g a day. that will also help you get size. just make sure you drink at least a gallon of water a day.
 
too young, learn to eat, and gain while only eating, if you can't do that, you won't be able to gain while on the juice
 
youve made your second responsible choice in this matter, your first was having the humility and maturity to come on here and asking people who have been thru it....good job bro. im gonna give u the list of stuff that helped my pack on muscle at your age.. i was pretty lean too . and this natural stuff works. multi vitamin, creatine, arginine or any No2 product, u wanna boost your test higher look into ZMA. as for food, u should have the mentality of eating a small garden with each meal haha. the dark leafy veggies have plenty on antioxidants which help with recovery along with keeping you healthy. broccoli , spinach sprouts, romaine lettuce.. i have read a few articles that they contain plant sterols that can bring down estrogen naturally. get a solid protein shake that doesnt contain too much shit fillers that companies like to put in. the less ingredents the better ( except for amino acids and vitamins). BCAA's before and after training. glutamine post work out and before bed...
 
I've read it all now, thanks for the information, but i have a question, if i still decide to take em whats gonna happen? wont i be able to bulk and when cycle is done ill just use a pct/hcg and get back to normal?

Anabolics is like any other subject one wishes to learn about,YOU CAN NEVER READ TOO MUCH AND YOU NEVER STOP LEARNING NOR KNOW ENOUGH! There will always be someone who knows more than you, that is more than willing to help you just gota learn to take advice from the more knowledgable members on the board, and thats why I am here to read and learn. I recommend you listen to the vets on here and take their advice seriously.
 
when I was your age, Cell Tech was thing to take. Everytime I used it I always got gains. It was like "yo what u runnin?" oh um Cell Tech.
