19, second cycle, eating problems. Please help?

I'm 19, weigh only 155, started my second cycle (t400 and decabol 300) and have a serious problem with my diet - I can't seem to get full. No matter how much I eat, I'm still always hungry and the weight is not climbing at all. I'm getting stronger - actually went from 200lb bench to 260lb in one month - I'm getting bigger, but I keep fluctuating from 150-155lb. I consume about 5000 cals per day (pasta, grain, bread), around 200-300g of protein (mostly canned tuna, salmon, beef, and chicken, sometimes lamb), divide it into 5-7 meals per day. I think my food digests in about 40 minutes. That cannot be normal.

I was wondering how you guys combat plateaus in weight. Do you eat slow digesting food at night? Morning? Any tips?


In addition, I'm injecting .5cc of deca twice a week and .5cc of t400 once a week. Do you guys think I should switch that up? I'm worried that I might get deca dick, as I'm not getting enough test in my system.

any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

At 155 you are nowhere near your genetic limits.
You should concern abot geting enough food in your system, I don't think that you get 5000 kcals a day from healthy food.
Eat well, train, sleep for at least 3 more years before considering AAS.
 
something is wrong with your story, there are two things that are possibilities: #1 your lying and #2 you might have a tape worm the size of a pug. There is no logical reasoning or excuse for you not gaining weight if your eating 5k calories a day with protein and wheat and pasta and all that other bull you listed. The constant hunger is a awesome effect of the anabolics, use it to your advantage. and no you shouldn't have to worry about deca dick considering you taking a higher dosage of test. im my honest opinion 155 is way to light at any height to start gear, you probably could have gotten to 175 natty if you ate and trained correctly. Go over your regiment and what you're REALLY eating and try to manipulate it into a better recipe. also what kind of PCT are you using? deca shuts you down pretty hard..

I'll be getting nolvadex shorty, though I didn't do the appropriate amount of research so I'm a little confused, as the thread "huge newbie info" says the guys pins himself while on the cycle.. is that daily? or weekly? I know I fucked up, I just thought PCT was for after the cycle, didn't know people used novla during.

And you guys really suggesting 19 is too young? I realize the side effects many be severe as I get older. What do suggest may happen? Other than testicular atrophy.

Your training is probably shit and you just have a fast metabolism. You dont weigh enough to juice, you aren't old enough, and apparently you dont train hard enough. Not like your going to stop, but expect some HPTA complications as you grow older.

Actually, I workout every day, about 1.5-2 hours.

And I'm also considering stopping, as all I hear so far is "only 19?"

If I do stop, though, it's been 2 pins already, will I still need a pct?

IM CALLING BULLSHIT! Review your diet, no chance are you eating 5k cals a day, if you was you would gain weight for sure. Also why are you going tp run nolva on cycle when you have no need for it?

to each his own, I'm 18 be 19 in august lol. PCT is for after the cycle, depending on the esters used in your gear ex: enanthate or cypionate you would wai two weeks after last injection before taking PCT because the ester is lnog lasting. Test prop etc. is short acting esters so you would take a day or two after last pin. people take nolva during cycle to help combat estrogen.

I WAS gonna run nolva because I didn't wanna get deca dick.
But with these commotional responses, of how young I am, I'm actually concidering stopping entierly.

Now I gotta pick up some nolva. Ugh, what a fucking mess I am.

Anyone think this will be detrimental to my health? Its only been 1cc of t400 and 1cc of deca 300.

Please, please, please get educated. :wtf:Training everyday for 1.5-2 hours are you kidding me. You need to reduce your volume and increase your intensity. Ev everything you have posted is telling me you dont have a clue what your doing:bash:

I wouldn't run nolva during cycle.. just because. If you're worried about estrogen levels I would take adex @ 25mg a day which is half a pill. for pct especially with deca I would take nolva and clomid

Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50mg- till completion

DO NOT FRONT LOAD. clomid is shitty as far as sides go but you should be fine if you follow. I ran 1 cycle test E 500mg EW for 15 weeks. I would highly recommend you read...READ.. and.. hmm. READ. about everything. search all through out this forum theres nothing but knowledge in the different forums about dieting and training on this website. and ask questions even if it's stupid.

Def +1 on this one, sound like your overtraining big time! no wonder your not putting on weight natty!! why everyday, i bet you feel fucked over all the time. NOT flaming mate but think you should try only workin out 3 - 4 times max a week, and cut right down on number of sets and increase intensity.

Think if you try this for a while you may suprise your self, as what you do now isnt working is it..... spend max 60 mins in the gym leave on a pump, past this your just gonna be catabolic!

Hope you reach your goals mate, try to stay natty till ur plates have fused or you gona be in a world of trouble! :tounge2:

agreed.. you don't grow in the gym, you grow in the bed resting. You need to take the proper amount of days to allow your muscle groups to recover. everyday is way too much. If your doing high reps like 8s ets thats retard. try going 3-4 sets, my routine is 4 sets of reps 10,8,6,4 and sometimes I do a rep or two more but each set I go up in weight.
 
i'd recommend keeping a food journal for a week. write down all the food you eat, when and how much. review it at the end of the 7 days. pretty sure you will find you are not eating as much as you thought you were.

i'd also suggest a very very basic lifting routine, squats, dead lift, bench, dips and chin ups. as power stroke posted, 3-4 sets, 10-8-6-4 . i found that when i was your weight, that worked very well for me. 3 times a week. thats it.
