I think a lot of people still underestimate the roll that diet plays in bodybuilding, even though so many people preach about how important diet is. I think you can accomplish a lot with just a great diet and managing that diet as your nutritional needs change. Now I'm not saying that guys like ogus are natural, but have you seen how those guys manage their diets? The amount of people I've seen who are "eating clean" and think they've got their diet in line but...well, don't is unreal, and I'm not a coach or nutritionist or anything so I can only imagine how often guys like 3J see that. Not trying to be a dick, but if you're diet and training are prefect I don't think there's any reason you can't be closer to 200 at 6'0 and 11% before you think about using AAS, especially if you think you have the genetics to compete. Now that could be diet or it could be the fact that you're only 18 and your body still hasn't really had much time to grow into itself. My advice to you is to post you're diet with macros and everything for smarter people than myself to critique, or better yet post it in the diet section for 3J to critique it for free, and if he says you're diet is good to go I'll shut my ugly mug

he does make a great point

By now I'm hoping this is a troll

Definitely don't think he's a troll as he gave me rep for my slightly blunt aversion to his plan, which in my mind shows a level of maturity that I wasn't expecting.

Be patient though OP, it may seem like a long way away, but when you get to 25 you'll look back and think how quickly time has past. Use this time to get a solid diet (spend the money you would have on a cycle on 3J) and keep lifting and by the time you do cycle in your 20's you'll already have a solid foundation.
