have 1 cup steel cut oats- 2 cups of milk

=1000 calories

workout

after workout mass gainer shake = 1300 calories

2l chocolate milk= 1300 calories

meat of my choice for lunch = 500+calories

in the afternoon i like to go get a lil cesars hot n ready, or pizza pizza = 2000 calories

for supper whatever meat there is ill eat = 500 calories

usually cottage cheese and eggs before bed = another 700 calories

it changes day to day but the chocolate milk and pizza is always there

as you can see its still morning here so im with my chocolate milk right now ^^

i bought nutrition support so i cant talk about my other diet im using

yah buddy i just weighed 201 this morning

not sure how long ur suppose to stay on tren and stuff so ill just keep going until my body cant take it!!! or until my weight stops skyrocketing

I think you should stop tren around 10 weeks so you dont destroy your liver,especially with the dose you are using.....you can always start back up in a few months after your cycle and keep the gains going. Just don't hurt yourself for no reason

did you just think stretch marks were a sign of cancer....... young,dumb, and full of cum... srsly, post leg pics up and idk why you posted a picture of your forearm with vains... majority of people have it, if you look at people who've played guitar before they get big fat vains all over their arm

i'm just glad i can say most people first cycle 20 pounds gain? damn 42 pounds!

i lowered tren mid cycle a bit because i couldnt sleep n shit and i was on sleeping pills before starting tren so it really fked that up

but loving the gains

i think you guys are being a little harsh on me though, u need to realizes prior to this cycle ive never touched a weight in my life, my buddies been helpin me

going from 135x1 to 250 x8 is a pretty big step in my opinion
