19 Years Old, 135 5,11 Need Help!!!!!

I Am 19 Yaers Old 5,10 And Weigh About 135. I Have Been Eating Constantly I Eat About 2500-3000 Calculated Calories A Day. But I Still Dont Gain Weight. Could Some Body Help , And Please Let Me Know Where I Can Get Something That Can Help Me.
 
4,000 calories a day and a 3x6 and 5x5 lift with the heaviest weights you can do. Get in and out of the gym. Don't stay in the gym too long and overtrain, ectomorphs do best with fewer days in the gym. I'd say 3 days a week.

Be prepared to eat until there is no longer any satisfaction in eating and sometimes, until you feel sick.

No steroids for you.

It's not just how many cals you eat it's what you are eating and when you are eating it and how often you are eating etc. 40/40/20 is what I stick to. It could also be that 3000 cals are not enough to grow. I wld actually lose weight if I only ate 2500/3000. But at 135 lbs i don't think that is your problem unless you are running marathons everyday that shld be enough to grow on. It is probably more of a poor choice of cals and maybe a bad workout routine.
 
so what would be a good work out routine. i do chest and tri on monday. back and bi on wednesday , shoulder and legs on thursday. and all over agin. i skip a day between work outs.

no workouts on fri, sat, and sun??

if you are not gaining weight then you are burning more cals than you are consuming. simple as that. up your cals. and do not say, "let me know where i can get something to help me." your not being slick by saying that.

I drink a casein protein shake right before bed with some type of slow digesting carbs and when I wake up to take a leak in the middle of the night I hit the fridge and drink another... This will definitely help... give it a try

I was in the 130's well into my 30's. I was sure I was eating "everything in sight", but once I got serous about trying to put on some mass and wrote it all done (try fitday.com) it wasn't adding up to as many calories as I thought.

You need to stay closer the the 3k calorie mark and don't bother counting protein shakes as meals if you are serious about trying to put on weight. In reality, you are eating 3 meals a day which is nowhere near enough food to grow. You need to start eating 5 meals a day of REAL FOOD. You can keep the protein shakes in there too, but like I said they are add-ons not a replacement for a meal. 3J straightened ou tmy diet for me and it has made all the difference, I suggest you visit the Diet forum and get some help from him.

Also make sure your volume is not too high in gym and try and lift as heavy as you can for lower reps without sacrificing forms. Compound lifts (bench, squats, standing press and deads) are your friends for putting on size, isolation lifts (curls, etc) are your enemy.

I wish I had learned all this earlier in life, it would have saved me a lot of time and allowed me to grow when I was young, full of natty test, and able to recover quickly.

a protien shake is not a meal,.....

drink your 2 protien shakes as snacks. The eat 5 real meals .... not gaining.... eat bigger meals and

COUNT FOR FUCKING CALORIES .

find out your maintenance and then eat more.

It's not rocket science.:nopity:

PS. if you can't gain weight naturally, you will not gain anything with juice.

your a shrimp, you need to start getting a long night sleep and doing little to no cardio.
