hey im 19 years old and have taken prohormones at age 17 unfortunately and took a bullshit pct given to me by the supplement store worker. i know this was a very dumb thing to do and should have done my research but whats done is done. i feel like i have low libido, no confidence, get nervous/anxiety when talking to people or meeting new people, depressed. i was wondering if anybody has any suggestions i am sick of feeling like this i am not myself.

no i havent had bloodwork done i dont really know where to go for it. My last cycle was sustaplexx i believe. i only took bulgarian test booster and some other herbal thing for pct.

I found out when I was 19 that I had low T...been on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) ever since. Blondie is right, you need to speak with your family physician. He will refer you to an Endocrinologist if you have a condition. have you had any surgeries or accidents in your lifetime? You can email me if you want to go into detail about your condition. This is 1 thing I have experience in.

If it is low or lower end there probably a very high probability at your age and only one pH cycle that you would really just need to run a good 30 day post cycle therapy (pct) to get back to fully working again. Then stay the heck away from Orals/ph/aas until your 25 or so. Also at your age I doubt most endros would even consider putting you on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) without a few attempts at a restart and multiple blood tests, time away from aaa/ph and other aas type stuff. Probably would be pretty negligent of them if they just started you on HRT/TRT without trying hard for a restart etc first seeing as how your so young and would probably/might/could fully recover with a good Pct

So do u recommend I go to privatemdlabs and get a blood test then go from there or would I be better off going to my physician?

If you have insurance try the Dr first, would be a bit cheaper. Try an get total t, free t, estro (e2), a full blood panel, LH, FSH and T3 and T4. If it's low or lower end I'd try a good Clamoid/HCG or other (just make it a solid one) post cycle therapy (pct) and then wait 30 days after that and retest. If Dr won't do then get the cheap teat at privetlabs for both tests.

Dr might refer you right to endro if it's low enough.

Mopar, If this guy has a condition, he will be put on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) no matter how old he is. I was 19 when doctors figured out I had a condition and I was 19 when they began testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) on me.
Iv3rson, I would not run anything until i talked to a physician if I were you. if you begin a cycle and realize your problem persists, when you go to the doctor and have blood drawn they will see you have been running some gear and assume you are the cause of your testosterone deficiency. They will not help you if they see this in your blood.... You need to schedule an appt asap to see your physician and get a refferal. if everything is fine after your evaluation then i would suggest running some gear on your own but it is in your best interest to see a doctor 1st.

I understand that. That said seeing as he felt fine before the aas and didnt run a proper Pct the chances are pretty good that a nice properly done Pct and future avoidance of aas could fix any issues (if low t is the issue). I would defiantly avoid self prescribing. And a ph/oral cycle done a while ago will Deff NOT show up on the blood work.

The body is pretty insane...even when the odds are against it, it can sometimes do the amazing. You know why we are so intrigued by our bodies? They are amazing bio-mechanical machines that even in the darkest hour seem to hold deep secrets that change in reality in a moments notice.

If your blood does come back low, I would resist any advice to start testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for at least a year.

There are several ways to try restarting it. Combos like Clomid + mild Aromatase inhibitor (AI) + test boosters, and a thousand other experiments people have done...sometimes they work, sometimes they dont. Its really about prayer, giving your body the best you can nutrient wist, rest wise, and "repair item" wise and hoping for the best.

I am pretty sure I have low T, in fact...foggy mind, 100% tired all day every day, low load volume, severe ADD, lack of focus, anxiety that can be set off at random times plus completely destroyed confidence, depression. lol. And I have never done a cycle yet! if I am low, FK it I am 24, gimme that testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and let me throw a few other goodies in there since being shut down wont be an issue lol.

But I have a few plans myself after I get some bloods done to see if my body is still a fighter ;)

holy shit just got my total test numbers back and it is at 98?????? my doctor is setting me up with an endocrinologist god damn no wonder why i feel like shit all the time

Hey,

Any updates for us?

I'm 22 years old, have had low T for a couple years, ignored it for a while, then tried to boost it up naturally for a while, to no avail.

I thought I would have to go on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), until I found this thread. Seems some posters here believe trying to restore the HTPA might lead to positive results in young guys like ourselves, so I was just wondering if you've made any progress.
