1st Anavar (var) cycle - headaches???

Mrs banner... Thanks for the input. Yep I've never had doms like it I'm killing from the weekend- legs, obliques, biceps! Ouch :) meant to be spinning tomorrow morning may have to have a 2nd rest day at this rate!
I'm only on 2.5mg var as been on a week, first day I took 5mg and a shitty head so decided to stay on 2.5 for a couple of weeks. I'm ok now though. Do you know why doms are worse on var??

I'm not sure. I just chalked it up to putting size on! I actually enjoyed the pain being that I rarely felt sore. Some days were pretty bad but I just kept thinking of the end result.
 
I did 12 weeks and tapered the 13th, no post cycle therapy (pct). I started with 5 for one week, stayed at 10 for a long time then ran it up to 15 for one week, went back to 10 then tapered. I didn't want to go any higher or for any longer as my voice started to annoy me. It still cracks here and there. I'm currently doing HGH 1.5 and just finished running clen also.
 
I'm so curious to know how it's going for you, are you going to post pics? Just be nice to see how it went. Don't come across many female transformation logs, so would be nice to see what you've been doing and how you've been going. ;)
 
I did mean you, but the more the merrier. When people say they had great results I conjure up my idea of a great result. Seeing the pics helps better. Get my drift? ;)

What kind of phone are you using, frenchy? There's an app for the iphone that allows you to upload photos directly to imageshack, you can then link to them with img tags here.
 
Oh! I get that whn I'm not even on... is there a remedy? (Like the stiffness, hard to get out of bed, hit by a Mack truck feeling? )

Proper nutrition, stretching and hydration helps. Are you taking anything to supplement your potassium magnesium and calcium? All of these are crucial electrolytes to proper muscle function. Sodium is as well, but most of us get enough or more than enough via normal food intake.

Muscle soreness is a good indicator that you're actually doing work, and it's the reason why many or most of us utilize a "split" workout schedule, so as not to work the same muscles day after day. If your muscles are aching badly, they aren't going to get the same workout as if they're fresh. Utilizing a split allows a rotation so that some muscles are recovering as others are being worked.

Mine is:
1: Chest/core
2: Back/upper legs
3: Shoulders/traps/calves
4: Arms/abs
5: Calisthenics (bodyweight exercises, mostly back, chest and core, but generally hits everything at least lightly).
6: Day off, start day 1 again tomorrow.

I also rotate a different form of cardio each day.
