I've never done a cycle. I came here to learn about them in the off chance that I decide to for competing. I've competed natural and have no trouble gaining muscle - except my blasted calves (love my black genes but damn!) to be honest, the more I read and learn the more I'm put off by the idea of doing a cycle. For me the main thing would be fat stripping which is all about diet for me, I don't have to do much cardio if I stick to my diet. That's probably why I go on about diet so much... Because I know once you've found the right one for your body type and goals you'll be surprised how much less time you can spend in the gym. But listen to your body and make notes, that way you can backtrack and know for sure what works.
Unfortunately I have never competed but my advice would be to find a good coach that can help you with diet etc...that's most important IMO.
Getting the "cut" look isn't easy and your genetics might not even allow for it.
My experiences with aas has been purely for my own self satisfaction, knowing that my results would not be magical and that I would have to deal with sides I might not like.
You haven't posted weight, height, diet, training etc... so it's a bit hard to give you solid advice.

Beef isolate is pretty gross. Look up VEGA for the best alternative to whey. It's not soy based.
Your nutrition coach is leading you astray if you're eating that much protein. Even on steroids, that would be in excess. Protein requirements for muscle building are HIGHLY overstated.
It just increased this week. It previously was 158, 105, 39 at 1415 calories ...was in a major calorie deficit ....worked well to drop a lot of fat. But I was always hungry! No I cringe whn i think about eating. LOL.
Lol I actually like the fruit punch carnivore! I mean i was using True Protein's.... anything is better than that for sure! It actually made me puke. Isn't red meat important?
well seems like you are on the right track, having a trainer and nutrition coach, I am assuming they don't know anything about aas?
As for your macros, it all depends on your goals. If you are beefing up, I don't see an issue with what you are doing. But, I do agree that these macros probably will not allow you to drop the weight you speak of. When I was in the height of my cycle mine were a bit more than what you have right now and I sure as hell wasn't leaning out with it (keeping in mind we are all different of course
).
lol, thanks, I like yours better!
I had this discussion the other day at the gym about the formation of ab muscles. I'm wondering if I can get that six pack look or am I stuck with the V shape...hmmmm
I'd be happy if I could just see one an! Be grateful you guys

Well I LOVE chocolate, so no abs for me!
Being on a cutting diet I'm still going to have the odd bar- it's not going to make any difference. You have to eat an extra 3500 calories to gain a pund of fat.. So, lifting weights 5 x per week yr constantly on the burn, so in effect this will not lead to fat loss. Do you see where I' coming from? Tho this is way off the initial topic- sorry!
