1st Clen Cycle

Greetings all, this will be my first clen cycle. 40mcg tablets from in my eyes a very good source. International shipping arrived in under a week! Thoroughly impressed.

Anyway, my cycle will run for 8 weeks. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, cycled twice. Dosage will be as follows.

Day 1&2-40mcg (1 pill ED)
Day 3&4-80mcg (2 pills ED)
Day 5-10-120mcg (3 pills ED)
Day 11&12-80mcg (2 pills ED)
Day 13&14-40mcg (1 pill ED)

Next two weeks will be taking 50mg of Benadryl everynight before bed.

This will be repeated one more cycle. I'm starting off 6'4" at about 290lbs, and at the end hope to be around 260-270lbs. Not too sure about my bodyfat, but I will have my BF measured at the end of the eight weeks. Will post diet and workout information daily.

Any additions to make this an effective cycle? I took 1 pill today, so I guess that today will be my cycle start, so any suggestions will be incorporated as the cycle moves along.

There is no need to pyramid the clen dosage up then back down, you can simply finish off at your maximum dosage.

Also, what i've noticed is that clen's effects truly pale in comparison to a clean diet and consistent cardio.

On top of all that, clen gives me TERRIBLE shakes even at 50mcg/day as well as fatiguing me to the point that I cannot lift.

I much prefer ECA to clen.
 
So what's the max dosage people have done with clen?
You need to ramp up. Start at 40mcg then go to 60mcg whenever you feel like you can handle it then so on. I've ramped up to 200mcg/day. I wouldn't go beyond that.

Also you need to cycle it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Or you can use ketotifen and prolong the use...4-6 weeks.
 
I start at 40 mcgs per day and ramp up to 120 at the most. Clen has always worked really well for me. I go with 2 weeks on and 1 week off, use benadryl the third week and you should be fine. Make sure to take the taurine every day.
 
Ok, quick update before I run to class. The last 2 days on 40mcg have been interesting. I get a faster heartrate, and breathe more deeply. Not shallow rapid breathes, but deeper lungfuls. Perhaps this is the smooth muscle relaxation that it was designed for.

Havent noticed significant weight loss, but that's probably because I haven't done any intense exercising. Been eating clean though. Around 2300 calories a day, very little fat, moderate carbs and about 300g protein. No muscle loss noticed, but I do seem a little more vascular, especially in the hands and feet. After I get off class, I'm gonna hit the weights and do some HIIT. Will let all know how it goes and how I feel during the workout.
 
when you say very little fat what do you mean? this could be the problem-you need the fat to burn fat. like 35% of your diet should be fat.
 
Sorry for the lack of updates, been really busy with school and trying to fit in workouts and a job. I'm down to 283 after a week of clean diet, with cardio and the clen. My dosage is up to 120mcg per day, and the sides aren't really that bad. I'm thinking for the last 4 days or so that I may up it to 160mcg. Does 7 pounds in a week sound reasonable?

Went hiking the other day and did some really steep climbs from a river to the top of the hill ridge. That was by far the most intense cardio I've done in a while, since 200 foot climbs at 70 or so degree incline is crazy. Will post back tomorrow and give more updates.
