Insane or the Same
Hey Guys, I Know this is a anabolic forum and not a Diet forum but I think we can agree they go hand-in-hand. I am buking on my first cycle of 500 Test E and 30mg of Dbol. I was 210 4wks ago and today I am 230lbs 6'1. If you have read some of my previous post I am 26yrs old and had a solid base and was ready for the kicker.
This is my daily intake:
5:30 10 egg whites 4slices turkey bacon 2 slices whole wheat toast with peanut butter
900 8egg whites 2 whole 4 slices turkey bacon 1.5-2 cups oatmeat/fruit
1200 2 cups ground beef/pasta or potatoes(2)
1500 2 cans tuna on whole wheat bread plus protein shake
1800 2 steaks/pork chops 2 sweet potatoes veggies
2100 6 eggs w/ some shaved turckey one whole wheat wraps
My pumps are amazing and I am gettig stronger every workout. Yesterday I was deadlifting 5x5 with 405 and I wanted to go heavier. However, I am putting on some fat around the waist and not sure how far to go with this bulk cycle. Should I cut the calories and clean up the diet?? Or continue to pound down the food??[/B]
