1st cycle ever!

wassup world, ive been hoverin on this site for about 6 months now is that i decided to make myself known. ive been researching a lot (including this site) and im on the fence. anyway, i am 5'10 155 im 23ys old.

firstly ima say im needle shy (i hate em) but i need some mass on me. now im not ganna sit here and pretend i know what im talking about cause i dont. although i have familiarized myself with the main products more info and experience is always appreciated.

a friend of mine recommended me tryin dbol alone (4-6 weeks)and see my results @ 50mg/day .5 less each day after week 2

my goal is to be 185-190 solid..

only think i dont agree with is i can loss it as fast as i gain it. again idk how my body will react. the dbol was being sold to me a 200.00 now idk if its a good price but id figured id throw it in there

im just curious to know what my best bang for my buck..i have wasted tons of money on supplements and still no satisfactory results..help guys!
 
diet and training will determine a huge deal of your gains.if you not putting on weight your not eating enough and not training correctly.without having those 2 factors in place there's no point in using steroids because your lose your gains.

how many calories are you eating a day and try to be honest it will help me alot in giving you advice.also don't worry about not knowing alot all this stuff comes with time and research.we were all newbies at one point and someone had to show us the way.

i appreciate the mature response as i was expecting to be cursed at or burned for being a rookie. honestly, id say my intake is about 1200-1600. im skinny with a hi acting metabolism..
 
i just dont know if dbol will be my best bet. or even a good starter to help me build mass. i feel like its hard for me 2 put on weight

1. Dbol only cycle is a terrible idea.
2. 155lb and eating 1200-1600 calories a day won't do shit.

I eat 1300 calories for my breakfast and i am 190lb.

You need some serious work on your diet.
In order to gain weight you must eat.
Steroids help those who have nailed down eating and training.

You will gain on steroids and lose those gains straight away due to you poor diet.

3J in the diet section will be able to help you.

Once you get yourself up to 180lb start thinking about steroids to help you advice.

Ignore this advice and loose your money and time wasted on getting bigger to loose it again.

If you have any questions i and other will be happy to help.
 
Don't do a Dbol only unless you hate your liver and don't want to keep any of your gains. And 1200-1600? Is that a joke? No wonder you're only 155lb. You need to triple that intake.

Thanks for the feed back. Ima look into 3j, never heard of it. And yea I need to work on my diet. My whole life I've never been over 165. Which is why I'm turning to roids for some mass..I wasn't joking when I said I feel like it hard 2 gain weight. Then again my intake like u said isn't much. Ima try and take vitimins and such 2 get my apitite goin..
 
Ive heard mixed oppinions on D-Bol only cycle.. I considered it, but went ahead and went with Test C 250.. Its up to you man.. Both steroids give you the same result LEAN MUSCLE MASS.. If you continue to work out hard and diet correctly I don't see why you would lose gains..

Diet being the first thing. i don't think you even need to bother 3J. you just need to eat. Here's an excerpt from Lascek that is great for you skinny guys. I'm a bigger guy and i still read it alot.

lol @ eating like a 12 year old Chinese girl .. ur right i do eat but not all that much 2 gain massive amounts of weight..i just dont seem to get big appetites. on the flip side, ive been smoking mari j to get me to eat monstrous portions (which seems 2 be working) i just feel like i wont gain weight off food alone in weeks.

test 250 are pills or injections?
 
Man you might want to take a look at the calorie intake again. Like everyone has said, 12 or 1500 cal is NOTHING, like starvation nothing. Thats like 3 pieces of pizza. Man your BMR is probably 2000 cal or something like that, theoretically you should be losing about 1 pound a week. Thats if you immobilized and hung from the ceiling to completely inhibit you from burning any extra calories.

THis is what I dont get. You say 6 months here. Listen, if you stared at a blank fucking wall for 6 months you would figure out that your body can really not even maintain weight at 1200 cal a day unless you are a ahormonal midget.
 
another question is, am i gettin ripped off for 200.00 for a whole cycle of dbol? sorry for all the questions

yea i wasnt exactly accurate..my intake shud be around 2500 which is still low

This is just a phase for you.

Training to become big takes a lot of hard work and dedication.
It ain't a game where you pump some 10lb dumbbells every night along with some Dbol and get your dream body.

I appriciate the info and responses but like I said, I'm just asking for my own knowledge. I know I won't grow over night. I'm simply asking for help which is why I'm on this forum. Idk I wasn't allowed to ask for more info?..I've been lifting for about 6 weeks only...bare with me guys. I just wanna better my body, I do have a brain if not I wouldn't have asked for help
