1st cycle results...what do ya think?

well, this is was the last week of my very first cycle.

protocol: 600 mg week of test-e broken down into 300mg mon/thurs (12 weeks total)

Starting weight: 167
Ending weight: 180

strength went up about 10-40 pounds depending on the lift. I generally trained in the 6-12 rep range so im basing it off that.

Overall, i'm pretty happy with the cycle. I do feel that it was somewhat underdosed however. I did not feel any side effects such as acne, bloating, alpha male feeling, huge libido, gyno etc. In fact, outside of the gym it was sometimes hard to distinguish whether i was even "on". However, i did have testicular shrinkage and morning wood throughout most of the cycle which pretty much told me it was real test for the most part.

My strength and muscle size def increased around week 3/4 but never felt overly dramatic. However, while working out and developing a good pump, there were many times where i certainly felt like a beast.

Obviously the scale doesnt mean everything, but i was hoping i could get a bit more than 13 pounds out of the cycle. I did spend a good amount of money on groceries and the buffet so i was a little disheartened by that fact.

As far as pins went, i had no problems at all. Did all gluteal shots and alternated sides. always made sure to use alcohol to clean site and bottle, as well as making sure to aspirate. I did find that 25 gauge were a little less pain than 23 guage, however they do take along time to shoot, which can be annoying.

at 10 weeks in i had bloods done. They were done 2 days after one of my pins so Obviously my levels were over 1500. Unfortunately though, since the test didnt read over 1500 i wasnt really able to determine if the test was underdosed or not. One good note though was that all my levels were in normal range....besides the hormonal panel.

I'm going to start my 50/50/50/50 clomid and 40/40/20/20 nolva pct in a couple weeks. I still have bodybuilding ambitions, but i'd like to see how i react to the pct and the following months after. Depending on how i feel and recover i will definetely be interested in running a second cycle of test/dbol.

Nice results for a first cycle bro! Good to see you did things properly with bloodwork and planned out post cycle therapy (pct). That's how a cycle should be done.

PS. The magic happens at a gram/week brotha ;)
 
What lab was the gear from? I wasn't working out with you so it's hard to say, but it might have been underdosed. 600mg/wk for your very first cycle I would imagine at least 20lbs. Don't get me wrong 13lbs is nothing to complain about but look into Human Grade gear for your next cycle. Theres a reason all the vets use it.
 
You should be happy with the gains. Looking at the before and after pics you didn't put on much body fat throughout the cycle, so the gains are respectable. Some of your weight gain may be water retention, so don't sweat it if you lose some a few weeks post cycle. IMO, slow solid gains are the way to go.
 
That sounds like some good shit to me. I'm just about to do my first ever cycle which'll be pretty much the same as yours was so I'll be interested to hear how much of it you've kept after PCT.
 
To me there are noticeable differences, but it would have been better if you could have taken the same poses as the pre cycle pictures, so it would be easier to compare before and after.

Did you get your blood work back yet?
 
Possible underdosed gear.Great job tho 13lbs is still good! I can see difference in your quads the most. Altho u did make gains all around

Is human grade same as norma hellas? Because I have googled human grade and norma hellas came up bro
 
pose the same way pre cycle pics. than copy those. put them side by side and you will really see the difference.

you did good. you may have some water on your body that will shortly go away once the test clears your system. train hard in pct, keep the cals up and than recomp or cut a bit down the road.

my bloods were done 11 weeks into the cycle, and 2 days after a 300mg shot (been running 600mg/week monday and thursday). If it were totally legit testosterone, based on what ive related, does anyone have a good idea how high my levels should have been?

The gear was fine if your levels were at least 1500, they're probably around 2500. You could've 20+lbs, but the quality tends to go out the door. Looks like it was a good cycle and I never use HG gear...
