1st Cycle - Test E + Anavar

Another solid workout. Looked f'in huge, too. Went up to 155x12 and 175x8 on Barbell Curls, and 100x8 on Hammer Curls. Went up in weight on a couple isolation tri exercises (no heavy compounds, due to pec), which is nice, but not all that important. Fuckin' insane pump throughout. Also went up to 135x10 on Reverse Curls, also a PR. Legs tommorrow, looking to smoke the Hack Squat machine.
 
Week 4 Synopsis

Continuing to see awesome strength gains. Didn't really notice any size increases this week, which kind of disappointed me. Been absolutely killing the weights. Vascularity continues to increase, as does my recovery ability. Trained Back today, and shattered several PR's. Also, strained pec is feeling MUCH better. Still resting it. Need to be smart. Am currently off the Var until week 7. Might bump it up to 80mg in the next round of Var. Depends on the $ situation.

Still no noticeable sides. Balls are still same size. I'm a bit edgier, but that's it. I'm training Leg's w/ one of our D-Ends this week, always fun and intense when we lift together. Turns into a competition, and he's been running his mouth about how much he leg presses lately. Gonna have to beat him.

I'd like to hear some feedback if anyone has any. I'm still a newb.
 
I'm following your cycle, I have a chance to get some var, so I'm curious as how it works. i might save it for a later cycle. i'm on dbol and test at the moment and my dbol is kicking in it's fn awesome. good luck with the leg comp!! i love training legs.
 
Thats great your going all guns blazing Hell, seems like your strength is going awesome as well and the test will only just be kicking in now!

Glad the Anavar (var) worked well for you, i can't wait to start mine as i am near a few PB on some exercises and youv'e inspired me to smash them, lol.

Hope the pec gets better soon.

Jimbo, adding Anavar (var) for the last 5 or 6 weeks will probably give ya some hardness and a nice boost at the end of your cycle.

yea, i was thinking the same thing. i'm on day 9 of my cycle and getting really good workouts now. you getting ready for college ball?
 
im on similiar cycle test-e200 /winni 100qv its going on wk 3 an d everything seems to match what you got ,gotta lot of hair so ,no prob.ther,lol .vascular is shooting through the roof ,dnt thk test has kicked in yet but starting to see it in chest area and in traps as well,as bf started around 20% now about 16ish!diets in chk keto diet,seems to be good ,1 cheat meal a week.seeems to make progress quicker .good luck ill be folllowing ur updates!STRONG ARM~
 
Several PR's broken in my Back workout Monday and Shoulder's Wednesday. Up to the 50's for 14 on Side Raises. Leg competition went OK. My teammate and I tied on the heaviest set, getting 1150x7 on the Leg Press. He's a beast when it comes to legs. I have 40 lbs on him, and he keeps up w/ me. I did beat him in Leg Curls though, LOL.

Since I've been off the Var, I'm not getting the insane pumps anymore, unfortunately. When I do my next weeks w/ Var, gonna use more. Vascularity has continued to increase though, which is nice. Have felt better in cardio this week than I have lately, too. Pec feels better. Am still taking next week off, and will monitor it. I hope to train chest (nothing crazy, but a workout nonetheless) the following Monday. We'll see.

Have the Arm Beach Workout Friday. Looking to break more PRs on Barbell Curls. LOL, I wish all my lifts would be increasing as quickly as my bicep exercises have. I haven't absolutely killed my Tri's in a while. Think I'm gonna do that!!!

Continue to notice gains in size and strength. I'm up to 286, 11 lbs up from the start. Pretty happy about that, considering I'm keeping my diet pretty clean. I cheated on St Patty's day w/ some booze and wings, but other than that I've kept it pretty clean. My strength continues to increase. Hit PR's this week in Pulldowns, Barbell Curls, Side Raises, Smith Machine Military and a couple others. Took this week off from thighs, as my knees have been tight. I start Anavar (var) again in Week 8, which I'm excited for. Also, my pec is feeling much better. Giving it another week off, and will go from there.

Unfortunately, I've noticed some shrinkage in muh boys. Bummer. No other sides to report.

How's things going Hell? you back on the Anavar (var) yet? I'm finishing my cycle in a week and been on Anavar (var) for 3 weeks now, strength is going nuts, lol.

Yep, all is well. Haven't updated much as I've been doing other business online.

Back on Anavar (var) know (week 9). Took a few extra days off this week, and I feel pretty good. Pec is feeling better, and have continued to get good results. Unfortunately, my quads got so strong, they've actually made my knees "achy". Sucks, I've had to take a few weeks off from training quads. Will be back at the gym Monday. Also, I got some more Test E, so I might continue it for all 12 weeks. Was originally going to do just Anavar (var) weeks 11-12. We'll see!
 
Glad things are going well man, i finished my cycle a few weeks ago and currently in week 1 of PCT.

I did the same thing with the Var, used it as a bridge into PCT 2 weeks after last Test E shot, kept my gains coming through till my PCT which was great.

Good luck with it dude, maybe we will be cycling at the same time again next time, lol.
