1st cycle- Test E and winny, Do i got it all covered folks?

So after long months of research i'm finally laying out what cycle to do as my first cycle.
I think i got it all covered guys just need some feedback.
23, 5'6 175 10%BF

Weeks-1-6=500mg of test e and .25mg of arimidex

Weeks 6-10=500mg of test e, .25mg of arimidex ED, 50mg of winstrol oral ED

Weeks 10-12=Off of test, .25mg of arimidex, 50mg of winstol oral

Weeks 12-16=PCT nolva 40/20/20/10
Bump up arimidex to .5mg ED for 2 weeks only

2-3 grams of vit b5 everyday because im VERY acne prone

22 G X 1.5" 3cc needle to draw
25 G X 1.5" 3cc needle to inject

save your Winstrol (winny) for a next cycle.

the first cycle is only testosterone.

you can save ou arimidex for a next cycle to.

the PCT is correct.

I believe im very gyno prone aswell, my nipples got really itchy during a simple h drol cycle, wouldnt it be beneficial to run low dose of adex?

it's a good idea.

so it's not your first cycle. yes adex near your hand, just in case 0.5 / 4 days is a good idea.
