1st Test cycle

Hey everyone... i've just started my first test cypionate (500mg) for 10 weeks.... 250mg tuesday, 250mg friday, Hoping to make some serious gains. How does my Workout split look.....

Stats: 20 years old, 6'2, weight was 89kg prior to cycle..

monday
sqauts 5 sets of 5
lunges 3 sets of 10
leg extension 4sets of 10
leg curl 4sets 10
calfe raise 5 sets 20

tuesday
shoulders

barbell press 5sets 5
laterial raise 4 sets 10
front raise 4 sets of 10
reverse flyes 4 sets 10
shurs 5 sets 10
triecep.....
5sets 5 triecep dips
rope pull down 4 sets 10
strainght bar pull down 4 sets 10 rep

thursday
back

pull ups 3 sets 10
dead lift 5 sets 5
laterial puldown 5sets 10
straight arm pull down 4sets 10
tbar or seated row 4sets 10

Saturday

chest
flat bench 5 sets 5
incline dumbell 5
decline bench 4sets 10
chest flyes 4 sets 10
biecep.....
ez bar curl 4sets 10
hammer curl 4 sets 10
straight arm dumbells 4sets 10

How does this routine look like advice welcome.....

ive have also took pics of my body before and will take some after 10 weeks are up

i strongly REC RUNNING THE TEST 14 WEEKS.
10 weeks is pritty much a waste in my op (8 is). and recovery would be about the same for 14-16 week cycle.
I feel anything less then 12 weeks is a bad idea and a waste for same shut down.

4 weeks in on test Cyp you are probably just now starting to feel it... Give it another 4 weeks and see if you're satisfied.

In terms of your workouts.. For triceps I would add in some free weights.. you have all cable/resistance exercises.. They will sculpt you not make you bigger. Try some Nose breakers or skull crushers.. they will get your arms much bigger than cables ever will.
 
good start with droping your body fat!
we have a simular build i think, just i havent tried a cycle yet and i have a little more BF%

cables are fine if you got ones that go 40-100lb resist (for gains). but i do agree i would not only do that. if anything 2 dumbells is all you need.

cheers for the reply's guys.... yeah i forgot to add in the skull crushers, i also do tricep dips....... starting to feel the effects as in feeling more pumped and so on... now i just have to eat alot more! and pack on the weight

Personly i find diet my worst enemy, I have good intentions and determination but am un employed and crap is cheap lol
