1st time AAS cycle, please help with pct

I am both gyno and baldness prone.

Will run test c for 10 weeks @ 200mg / week

Please tell me when to start and stop, and the dosage for the following:
- Nolva
- Letro
- Finasteride

nolvadex 10 days after last injection, for a period of 14 days ( due the low dosage per week of testo in your cycle)

this cycle will bring just few gains, are you sure than you want to make it? going natural seems to be safer for you, with almost same gains, if good diet.

Run the f the whole way through, letro with hinder gains so don't use unless get sense nips. Nolva is not great for post cycle therapy (pct), it will help but its an anitestrogen, you need clomid and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to boost natural test levels in the body.

jb... i have read probly all 8 of your post. You are giving some horrible advice bro. Not trying to be a dick or anything but you should do a little more research before helping people out. I mean I applaud your diligence but not a lot you have said is all that correct.

Also i am loosing some hair myself. Since on last cycle my hair has def gotten a little stronger and thicker. I dont know exactly why. I am thinking that maybe my natty test had a higher conversion rate to dht then the synthetic.

You wan tto basically run that forever. Unless you are just worried about it "speeding" up your hair loss. I have read to take it 6 months min to actually help at all. 1 mg a day. Dont mix it was deca or tren though.

I agree with yes, is 200 mg really worth possibly getting those sides? if yes... then it is def worth it to bump the test weekly dosage up to 500.

Why not start nolva when I start the cycle? If anything, at 10mgs/day it seems to be a pretty safe preventive measure from what I've read. Thoughts?

If the amount of injected TEST is correlated to the amount of DHT synthesized from it and the amount of ESTRO aromatased from it, then it seems like 200mgs test injected will cause less hairloss and less gyno than a higher dose. This cycle would be more of a trial than anything..

First Cycle

For a first cycle everyone with experience will tell you to do the following:

500 test e or c for 10-12 weeks
HCG 500 per week. (to keep ur boys from shrinking)
Both injections twice a week.
AI like aromasin 12.5 ed for bloating and gyno

PCT--nolva 40/40/20/20 AND clomid 50/50/50/50

200 per week, like Kane said, isn't worth it and you shouldn't mix on your first cycle. test only to see how ur body reacts.
