Hi everybody, this is my 1st post even though i have read topics on here for quite some time. 1st and foremost i have a lot of respect for the people on here as a lot of you seem to know what your doing so i found this a great place to come and ask for help.
I have done a lot of reading and research over the last few months, and did read the "oral only cycle" sticky by Dawg i believe it was who everyone seems to respect on here. I guess i am stuck in that "newbie" mental block area where i can read so many different opinions but my mind just sorta looks for the "what i want to hear" answer so it assumes everything is ok. So many posts about Anavar on here and i would say more then 3/4 of them typically end up with Anavar must be taken with Test. Here is where my problem lies and i seek your advice in this topic.
Over the last 3 years i dropped from a very unhealthy 292lbs 5'6" 29 years old roughly 38-40% body fat down to my current 5'6" 32 years old 183lbs approx 15-17% body fat. I have a lot of loose skin around my mid-section. My upper body such as delts, and back along with legs have toned better then my stomach, obviously. I have been stuck at a decent plateau for some time now, over 4 months where my changes have become fairly minimal. My diet is clean and healthy and i train through out the week. 5 days of weight training with 20min LISS cardio afterwards and 3x a week of HIIT @ minutes also.
I have debated Anavar for a while due to its mildness and the fact that (not going to lie here) i'm pretty scared of the real deal stuff. Even though if done correctly and responsibly i would probably be fine, it still just makes me to nervous. So here is what i need some advice on....
Lets try to imagine here that $$ is not the issue. My 100% pure goal is cutting/losing weight/burning fat/dropping body fat. I do not want to make any muscle gains or put on LBM at this point, i strictly want to burn body fat and tighten up some skin and harden whatever i do have.
IF i did do Anavar only starting at 40mg a day and moving up if needed which by what i read seems like what i will need to do, maybe to 60-80mg a day. I ask you if #1. Without the test will i absolutely shut my self down? #2. Will this cause any serious health concerns? #3. Will this work for what my goal is?
I know libido will drop from what i read and thats a big concern because over the last 3 years i have got so engulfed in fitness that my libido has kinda dropped already and if this will just mutilate it my girl friend is gonna friggin cut my penis off.
I respect everyones thoughts on this topic and would appreciate some advice that doesn't just say "gotta take test". I would like to know what will happen if i do exactly what i posted. I see a lot of crazy names thrown around about stuff i never heard, i do not have access to all this different stuff right now i have the Anavar ready to go and can get Novadex also if needed for a PCT which again some people say i dont need it but seems a majority say i do.
I would really appreciate some mature advice on this if you all have some time it would be much appreciated. I know i am a newbie here but im not a teenager, i'm 32 mature and respectful and just seek some help with my journey. Thank you all so much in advance.
