Hi, this is going to be my 1st time taking D.bol, (or any steriod) i have a few questions..

1. What foods should i eat
2. what foods should i stay away from
3. what is the max dosage you should take a day
4. how much protein should i have a day
5.what other tips can u guys give me to help me reach my full potential.

I second on reading the stickys,also what are your goals,age,stats,cycle plan list,lifting experience,
 
dont start eny steroid without knowing about them, studdy man, would you jump out of a plane just becouse you had a shoot, hell no.

i 2nd that, read up and learn for yourself before thinking about the gear man, trust me and the rest, it will do you a world of good.
 
Ok, a bit to late but.
if you log here Curious-g would you like to intrduce your stats first. age heigh, weigh,

secondly take a look at our diet section. it's amazing what trainning and good diet can do.
 
Im 25, 6'2 and weigh 86 kg. lean mass.
my goals are to get big. why else would u want to get on the sauce lol. If i had to put a realistic goal, i would want to gain about 6-8 kg of muscle. ive read D's make u retain alot of water. i want to keep my good deffinition also.. ive been lifting since i was 17. im in good shape and girls say i have a nice body already. One of the guys at the gym did it and he blew up.. liked the effects it did for him. thanks again for all ur help!!

You have to put in some work also, you have a long way to go in my opinion.

If I read correctly I hope your not thinking of dbol only cycle, if so FAIL ! Go do some reading you'll be thankful you did.

what do u recommend to take with dbol?
what should i take to keep me from getting 'man boobs' (is anything available over the counter)
whats the max dosage i should take in a day of the recommended supplements.

there should be one which cover PCT and first cycle.

This will explain the functions of PCT and AI
And what a first cycle involved and should consist of.

How many calories do you eat a day ?
What is your diet ?
And workout routine ?

Do a lot of reading before you start this cycle you will thank us for it if you do.
If not you won't know what you missed out on.

Another... That's like three of these today, I lurked for years on sites like this before even posting, why's everyone in such a rush, read every sticky then re read your post and think about how silly it is

ppl get mad when they see these post b/c u have no clue on anything..

like ur first post.. u dont even know wat to eat.... U dont know wat to eat and u wanna do roids.. This makes ppl mad.. cuz kids like u just think taking roids is going to make u superman.. and then something happens... ppl that take roids get a bad rep...

if u stay around this forum.. u will be educated...

Im not a advance user too.. Im a newbie too.. but I read and use the search button.. and if I dont find a clear answer..I ask.. (I do ask dumb questions.. but not this dumb)

some of the info on the stickys are old..but it is the basics..

On this forum.. u can find info on diet, trainning, cycles, and some pussy..

So stay around and read... then ask a proper question.. make friends too!
