2 questions! hope anyone can help me out.

Hello people!

First of all i am new to the forum so i hope you guys treat me well haha:insane:

Tomorrow 1st of March I am starting my 3th cycle. Which will contain the following:

250MG of Test-E week 1-12 (might go to 375MG if i need to).
300MG of Tren-E week 1-10 (probably go to 400MG if the sides arent that bad)
6 weeks of winstrol 50MG.(caps)

PCT of Arofixen (nolva + aromasin combined) week 14-17

My stats are the following.

Height: 1,77m
Weight: 77kg
BF: 11-12%


My Goal:

Dropping more BF% + Gain lean muscle mass as much as possible. This sounds a bit cliche i know :D but this will be my goal.
I want to get shredded for the summer while gain some good mass.


My first Question:

As you can see im still sorting out when to start the Winstrol. Since it takes like 2-3 weeks to let the tren+test kick in I could start with winstrol to get that boost from the beginning. OR since i want to look shredded and hard in the summer.. Take it on week 6 to 12.

Whats you're opinion on that? Since like everyone is saying different things.

My second Question:

My second question regards about my meal plan. Since I am going to use tren and to maintain my goal I don't know wether is should eat on maintaining level or just like 300-500 above it to also get to my goal. My thought on this was like if I eat on my maintaining i might get leaner but i wont grow at all.. If I eat above maintenance I will probably grow but wont burn off the fat. Or am i talking rubbish? Since i heard that when im using tren my body metabolism will increase radically.

I hope anyone can help me out so i can start my cycle with a good meal plan + Feeling.

I eat around maintenance when i run tren. You will gain muscle and burn fat on tren.

Dont have a comment on whinny since i havent taken it, BUT most people i know use it at the end or opt for var because of dry joint issues with whinny

I will tell you from experience, when running long esters, its best to keep the dose the same throughout.

Thanks for you're reaction. So i will start eating on maintenance, was mostly thinking about that already instead of above maintenance. How much Tren + Test would you recommend and why?
 
300-400mg a week on tren would be a good starting point. If its your first time with tren, ace is the way to go so you can abort and it be out of your system quickly if you cant handle the sides. I personally run 200mg test with my cycles. Easier to control e2 for me
 
What's others people opinion on this? I personally think i should eat just above maintenance to get the best results since Tren will increase my metabolism a lot. This is what some friends told me so i would love to hear other's opinion aswell.

Never taken tren but of he says u will gain mass and lose fat estog at maintenance why not do it? That's a win win. Plus you save money on your food bill.
I ate at maintenancey first test only cycle and still gained. So I'm sure on tren eating at maintenance your still gonna gain like crazy. Plus losong fat without dieting and losing mass. Perfect situation bro. Good luck on your run

I always though it was ba to run lower test and high tren or am I thinking of deca and test?
 
low test higher tren aint bad in cases i have seen personally and it is all i do when using tren. deca i heard different people say different things. bottom line is every body is different and that is the sort of thing you need to try out yourself and learn how you handle it. maintenance cals should be fine. i run 600mg tren e and around 200mg of test e when i run tren. i hate winny, felt like shit when i was on it with primo and test. came off the winny and felt amazing again. just me though dawg you might be different.
 
I've just always heard low test and high deca or tren causes sexual dysfunction such as ED or low libido

Only thing i experience with winny is that my knees hurt as hell.. but using glucosamine against it which works sort off after a while.
