I'm taking around ~5mg a day, split up and I woke up today as my second day feeling super lethargic after I missed my dose and now I'm not sure if I should take it. I'm about 5 hours late, i have an exam in two days and it feels hard to concentrate, I was taking birth control but stopped a week and a half ago. Is this normal? Should I continue taking this or not? It's a very weird feeling, the inability to concentrate almost feels like confusion?
It's 1pm and I've had 2 litres of water, I've eaten, I'm taking vitamin C, D/D3 and omega 3's

Thanks for any help guys

Psychosematic ?
U are adjusting ur hormone s lady..it ll pass.
Get up and do anything; it will help.

When my avi run s var she s sleepy for 5 day s or so then AN ANIMAL in the gym and yes....

Lol thanks to both of you. I took your advice and took the pill I missed so hopefully the tiredness passes!

I'm also wondering whether or not I should take my birth control simultaneously? I read on another forum you can, however it just won't protect against pregnancy. Stopping my birth control after taking it for 4 years could also be contributing I'm guessing?

A blood test will show whats going on...on the men side if he's feeling lethargic - HIGH e2 (estradiol) levels.Maybe run an AI.Again..this is the protocol on the men's side.Could be same for women.

Take your birth control pills. Ina few days you will want to explore a new level of your sexuality. Be nice to the poor boys in your hood and don't fuck some one to death.

We're opposites... I doubt she wants to surpress her e2 to menopause levels, it would make her feel worse.

I agree with teut, just the hormones shifting it will pass. Do you trust your var source? It's often faked with dbol with common international sources.

You should be able to take your birth control, should not effect the var. Some of the fatigue is likely from stopping them as well.

Awesome, I'm gonna wait it out and not take the birth control and see if it passes. i felt much better when I'm lifting, so that's a good sign. Also I trust the source, I'm not the first person to use it. Thanks again for the help guys! :)
