23years/130 pounds running 300mg deca/wk /400test/week and 50mg of anadrol a day. Great gains this is my fourth week and i ve gained 12 pounds. No side effects at all. i planon going 8 weeks but iwant to know how long is maximum i can go before shit hits the fan
 
8 weeks is to short brother

and you want to stop deca 2 weeks before you stop the test

1-14 Test 500mg/week (split into mon thurs 250mg each)
1-12 Deca 300mg/week (split into mon thurs 150mg each)
1-4 Dbol 40mg

You dont have to split ur deca up like that but I like to as it's easier on the muscle where I'm pinning (to each is own though).


what's you post cycle therapy (pct) look like and is there any reason ur only 130lbs?

Sorry dont know what post cycle therapy (pct) is. Im only 130 pounds because im a small guy like bruce lee same type of body not as ripped though im 5'7.
 
im a small dude!!!!! I weigh 140 now. people noticeing at the gym people are asking but i jus tell them lots of proteins
 
even at 5-7, 140 is weak. since your doing the cycle regardless, make sure to eat as much as you can. i have buddy's that are 5-7 and whey 160-170 naturally.
Juice is not the answer!
 
food dude food. You need to eat everything insight. Stop off and eat 2 times on the way home from the gym and then eat another meal when you get home and then 3 more before bed. Then schedule another meal in the middle of the night. I'm not joking. You don't know how to eat to grow. 5'7 140 is a stick.

Steroids are not the answer foood is every 2.5 hours eat 1500 cals with at least 40 grams of protein.

I dont know some people are naturally small take chinese people for instance. Everything seems to be working good though with my cycle im more than happy so far. when i first started the juice i could only bench my body weight 8 times now i can bench 190 seven times.

LOL trust me i eat alot dude i get the munchies if you know what i mean. I go through a 2 pound thing of protein evry 2 weeks i eat lots of chicken (boiled) and steak +potatoes daily and almost a gallon of vitamin d milk a day. I usually drink a moutaindew 30 mins b4 the gym too. I fill as if it helps.
 
at 130 lbs, there are plenty of better ways to gain weight without steroids...like not shaving or growing your fingernails out.

Well give us some info on why u are using and we can help u. From what we gander from ur post ur using to get bigger which in turn would make u gain weight. All their saying to u is that u can get bigger and gain weight at ur size by eating more calories and training properly. Their is no reason for gear at ur age and weight. Their just helping u mang, it might come across as being a dick, but I assure u that they know what their talking about. Oh and u prolly shouldn't call a moderator a dumbass either.

im been eating good for years now. Its not that i dont eat i eat a shit ton.I know the difference from good proteins and bad proteins and food for a goood diet not that i need a diet to lose weight.. nobody in my family weighs over 180 pounds.

He doesn't know what post cycle therapy (pct) is! I think this needs to be addressed.. although my real recommendation would be to put down the aas, eat food, eat some more. Then do some f*ckin research man. You obviously don't know what you're doing and you're probably gonna end up hurting yourself!
 
If you are 130 pounds and not ripped (as you state) then you really shouldn't be touching the stuff when you don't know how to eat right yet.

I know people at the same height who are 50 pounds heavier that don't workout at all, for that matter I know HOT WOMEN who weigh more than you, thats not a flame just a fact. You have no business doing that stuff until you know how to hang in the kitchen, and in the gym.
 
do a search for Eat to grow. use the search button on the board. You need to learn how to eat. It's not so hard

Steroids at 23 is not the smartest thing. You weren't done growing. Please understand you are what gives steroids bad name. a small guy who knows nothing about them thinks they are the answer and decides he's going to use them without a reel understanding of how they should be used safely. Man up and take the heat and spent the time to learn what you need to be safe. Go over to the diet forum and get your diet worked out. you could be 185 in 8 weeks. Then learn and plan your PCT.
