I am 26, dunno why have low t, started out at 245, week after 1st injection (trough) was 321, then 2nd week (trough) was 328, now about 8 weeks later trough is 525, doctor says that is too high. I am doing .6 mg weekly (120mg) test cyp. in glute. I guess that the trough was too high going take dosing down to .55 .5 he said, what would my peak be if trough is only 525? Still sounds low to me, but hey Im no doctor, but see a lot of people don't want their troughs below 700-800 in their mid 30s and I am in my mid 20s,
PSA .5
LH 3.58
FSH 4.43
PROLACTIN 9.99 - REF RANGE 3-33
TT 322 - REF RANGE 350-1,136
SHBG 26.6 - REF RANGE 12-72
FREE T 7.2 - REF RANGE 6-31

THAT WAS 1ST B/W

2ND ALL I HAVE IS FEW RESULTS

TT 328
SHBG 22.7
FREE T 8

Do not have current results other than my TT is 525 before my shot and I believe they told me vitamin d level was 38 ref range 30-100. My problem is I am more tired and fatigued than before all this

O and I am on E7D injections, everything is in range according to them, main thing I wanted to know is if the 525 is a high trough or wtf? Only thing not tested for is estrogen I guess.

That just got tested because of me insisting. Hopefully will have results in couple days. Estrogen had not ever been checked before until this week

Still though you need to know peak and trough estradiol.
If doing injections of T peak would be 2 days after shot and trough is exactly like you are doing it...day of shot but BEFORE shot.

25 guage is thin. I would use 23G if going that route.
Remember over time you will develop alot of scar tissue with IM shots

Wouldn't 23 gauge be bigger and cause more scar tissue? Also what do you think my peak level would be around? I have read 60% higher than trough and read add 100 per day for the 7th,6th,5th, and 4th day to get peak for 3rd day?

Read the Basic TRT Overview sticky thread. That will answer a bunch of your questions and give you some perspective.

I use 25g for what it is worth. They work great!

Definitely get your estradiol checked. Not estrogen. Estradiol is the one you need to know.

anecdotally, some of us see a 100 point drop in TT for every day that passes. There are a lot of variables though. Best thing to do is to just get your peak levels checked. Then you don't have to guess. See my signature below for how to get blood work without going through your doc. It is pretty cheap too.

So if my trough is 525 and add 100 a day for 4 days then 925 est. peak is good . Lower dosage may not be good though right?

Haven't got prolactin or e2 levels back yet but just got email hemoglobin is 17.1 scale 14.1 to 17.8 but says normal, hemotacrit or whatever is called 52.4 scale 42 to 51 I think it said and said high

You need to donate a pint of blood to bring those levels down. Do it this week.

Definitely will. Hopefully that's what's causing my extreme fatigue
I'm betting you have elevated estradiol, which is what is being hinted at here. Move to E3.5D injects and I bet you start feeling better.

Hopefully your doc is open to learning how everything works and can apply that to your protocol. I strongly suggest you start (if you haven't already) reading EVERYTHING you can about TRT. The more you know, the better prepared you are to make decisions your doctor may not know exist. This is especially important if he refuses to educate himself.

525 is not too high; he should be asking you how you FEEL instead of going by a number. I have a sneaking suspicion that lowering E2 and staying where you're at (TT-wise) will be the ticket, but as we're all different - it's hard to know for sure.

My .02c :)

I have read a lot. Doctor is on trt himself so. ... but I'm at .6 cc week they told me drop to .55 don't think I will but I am hoping the e2 is high so that will explain me being tired. 525 in trough sounds fine to me to. I would think 650 700 trough would be better but hell I dunno

Hang in there, it may take a while to get what most refer to as getting "dialed in" my through is always in the 900s. I havent run labs on my peak but I can imagine it's significantly higher. As long as I don't come in to high the doc is happy.
Like Megatron said you probably do need to donate some blood. Not only is it beneficial to you, but good for the community.
