26 y/o low T, adrenal fatigue - what direction to head?

Adrenal fatigue and you don't take caffeine huh. So it's either a sleep issue or a stress issue.

Have you had a sleep study done?
Have you testep your thyroid?

You need to do these both before even considering HRT because even if you get your testosterone up it won't alleviate all of your symptoms if you don't find the cause.

This is why most men who just hop on HRT without findingthe cause of their low T never end up feeling quite right.

You shouldn't have low testosterone at 26. Some men have genetically low test but it's usually sleep apnea, thyroid issues, stress, depression or just not taking care or yourself and you need to address all of these before beginning any regime.
Seconding the idea for a sleep study. Apnea can easily cause everything you've been experiencing, and is quite treatable.
You "orgasmed" with low Test?
Your Test is not really low then....lol

You can orgasm with low test, it's just that you don't really crave that vitamin vajayjay and release isn't quite as powerful in my experience. :p

Agree... your release was definitely less powerful. :-)
 
Ya I increased both my DHEA and Vit D doses as well, although it's not helping my test. I understand the test is just a snapshot in that time, but still it's not going in the right direction.

Not to sure anout DHEA. That stuff could raise more estro than T. Vit D should def. Come up.
B.t.w. I went over range by 30 points on vit. D just recently checked it. I was on daily 10 000 iu. Gel caps for a couple months. Its relatively easy to raise vit d if you are on a good dose.

My estrogen is still in range (18, then 15 on repeat) likely from decreased free test. And I currently am on 10KIU of vit D a day lol.

Take it with a fat containing meal.
 
Take it with a salad that has oil on it (provided you eat oil on your salad).
I don't know if nuts at bedtime is considered a meal. Lol

I feel like you're trolling me now :spin: lol

I eat 60g of walnuts and 25 almonds (~600 calories). Pretty sure that's more calories and fat than a salad, and pretty sure it doesn't matter all that much getting so detailed.
