Seconding the idea for a sleep study. Apnea can easily cause everything you've been experiencing, and is quite treatable.Adrenal fatigue and you don't take caffeine huh. So it's either a sleep issue or a stress issue.
Have you had a sleep study done?
Have you testep your thyroid?
You need to do these both before even considering HRT because even if you get your testosterone up it won't alleviate all of your symptoms if you don't find the cause.
This is why most men who just hop on HRT without findingthe cause of their low T never end up feeling quite right.
You shouldn't have low testosterone at 26. Some men have genetically low test but it's usually sleep apnea, thyroid issues, stress, depression or just not taking care or yourself and you need to address all of these before beginning any regime.

You can orgasm with low test, it's just that you don't really crave that vitamin vajayjay and release isn't quite as powerful in my experience.
