Sup yall? I'm starting my fifth week on my 1st cycle. Here it is:
Weeks 1-13: EQ @600mg
Weeks 1-14: Test E@500mg

So far I'm not having any negative side effects like acne, hair loss, aggression, anxiety, high blood pressure, bloat, ED, etc. So far, I'm please with my cycle. I'm only 29 days in, and I am already seeing results. I'm up 13 pounds. Here's a pic: Notice the delts and traps...I need to slow down on the food intake...my midsection is suffering...oh well...the hell with it...I'm bulking!!!!

I have no idea what you looked like before, but looking awesome now!

And I agree, midsection looks far from fat.

I keep changing it up. I'm going to start this split coming up on Monday, and I will stick with this for the duration of the cycle.
Day One: Chest
Day Two: Rest/Abs
Day Three: Legs
Day Four: Rest
Day Five: Back/Bi's
Day Six: Rest/Abs
Day Seven: Shoulders/Tri's
Day Eight: Rest
Repeat

Doing four exercises per body part. Example: Chest Day
Bench Press
DB Incline Bench
Decline Bench
Flies

With legs; however, I'm doing Leg Press and Leg Extensions for Quads...Squats and Leg Curls for Hamstrings...and Standing Calf Machine and Seated calf machine for calves...

I'm doing 3 sets of 10. This past Monday, I warmed up with 135. My first working set was 225, and I did 10 reps. I put 235 on there...did 10 reps. Added ten more pounds and did 245 for 8 reps. So, next chest day, I'm going to repeat it again until I hit 245 for ten reps...I def. should hit it this go around, and I'll bump it up to 255 and start again trying to hit my target rep.

I'm 5'5 or 5'6...does it even matter about that inch...I'm short either way...haha...I started the cycle with a single digit bf% @157 pounds w/o clothes and anything in bladder/stomach.

I'm already thinking about my next cycle. It's going to start it in October. I'm hoping to get to around 180 pounds with this cycle OR be 180 pounds by October...I don't mind whichever one, as long as I'm 180. If I'm not 180 pounds by October, I'm going to wait till I'm 180 to do my next cycle. I want to hit 200. I don't care how dirty my diet is...I can always shred it...besides...it's going to be in the winter... The duration of the "ON" cycle will be from October 3rd-December 31st. My next cycle will consist of the following:
Weeks 1-6: Anadrol 50mg/day
Weeks 1-12: Deca @500mg/wk
Weeks 1-13: Test E@750mg/wk
Week 14: Nothing
Week 15: Nothing
Weeks 16-19: PCT

The cycle after will be for next summer. It will be an 8 week cycle which will consist of Test Prop, Tren A, and Winstrol. We will talk more on that during my winter bulk cycle.

Right Now 14 Week Cycle: Lean Bulk
Winter 12 week cycle: Bulk
Late Spring 8 week cycle: Cut

So, what yall think on the duration and dosages for my next cycle with Abombs, Deca, and Test E. It's never too early to plan your next cycle...hehe...

Pre-Cycle Bench: 205x10-Struggled on the last rep, but I got it with perfect form w/o help from spotter. This past Monday; however, I did 245x10...perfect form w/o help from spotter.

Pre-Cycle Squat: 295x10 with PERFECT form. This past Wednesday, I did 345x9 with perfect form. I did 345x10, but I had a spot for the last rep.

Deadlifts: I do not do deadlifts. I did deadlifts like 15 weeks ago, but I get a better burn from weighted back extensions. I hate deads, so I switched to back extensions and fell in love with that. Last time I did back extensions(on the last working set), I held a 35 pound plate and couldn't get my target rep, but I had the best lower back pump/burn EVER!

I have a question regarding max bench. Before I hit back/bi's today, I wanted to max out. I hit 315 for my max with slow, perfect form! I tried 325 and wasn't successful. Do you guys think it's possible to hit 405 as a max by December 31st?
 
Brah your huge! Can't imagine you went from small to that size already. How big were you when you started?
 
Nice work! What are you planning for PCT? BTW, are you planning Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for your next cycle? Seems like a heavy one

Any before pics?
