2nd cycle for hardgainer..

Sup bros,


I'm 26 years old, 5ft. 6. 135lbs and will be starting my 2nd cycle on March 1st. Last years cycle consisted of:

sust 250: ( 2cc's a week for 10 weeks )
Deca300 _( 1cc a week for 10 weeks )

weight gains: went from 119 to 135lbs.

My Upcoming cycle will be ( already have all supplies ):

sust 250: ( 3cc's a week for 8 weeks )
EQ: ( 2 cc's a week for weeks 5 - 8 )
Dianabol ( approx 300 pills pyrmaided for 8 weeks )

( I have Nolvadex, Clomid, and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on hand )

I'll increase my diet from 6 meals a day to eight. I'm hoping to get to 155lbs with no increase in body fat....( I am currently <5% body fat)
Are my goals attainable by the summer....? Thanks bros.!
 
is it really necessary to use 750mg of test and 400mg of eq. when you weigh 135? I mean, seriously...eat nonstop all day and you'll put on some weight, or run another cycle w/ the same dosages as last time, no need to increase them, by the time your 200lbs your going to be on 3 grams of test 1.5 grams deca and who knows what else.
 
i would say just do the cycle you did before again... no need to go up to 750... wait till your not growing on 500, then go to 750...

bro im not trying to flame you but if youve allready done a cycle and you weigh 135 pounds gear isnt your answer , you have to eat , eat , eat, and then eat somemore . that is way to much gear for some one 135 pounds and on a second cycle .
 
Thanks for the advice guys.....I will cut back drastically on the gear and eat as much as possible. Realistically though....how many calories do I need each day?? 3000? 4000?

to bulk up you need more than that . i would start at 4500-500 0 and keep upping it until i saw the results i wanted

If you did this for your 1st cycle and only gained 15lbs. something is wrong.
 
if you're at <5% bodyfat, your metabolism is going to support a recockulous amount of calories.

start out at 3500 calories per day for a few weeks and see how that works. if you STILL aren't gaining, bump it up to 4000. start eating steaks, peanut butter, eggs, whole milk and olive oil like they're going out of style.

how is that, not everyone blows up from a cycle... and we don't even know what weight he got to... he could of been up like 20+ lbs and just lost the water from it... 16lbs of lean muscle is good IMO

True, but I was assuming he would have mentioned it if he lost a lot of water post cycle. By only starting out at 119lbs, and with the cycle he selected, his potential for growth should have been incredible. When I did my 1st cycle, I was living in europe and had to get by on half the food Im used to having in the u.s. But I still gained over 20lbs and was using less gear than him.
 
I got up to 140 lbs during that 1st cycle...but now I learned that I was not eating nearly as much as I should. ( probably around 3000 calories a day ) I presently weigh 135lbs, and have been off gear for months. My body fat did not increase.....also my strength increase went from bench pressing a maximum of 125lbs for 5 reps.........to benching 185lbs for 5 reps. I'm gonna take my training a lot more serious than last time....and eat all day long...
 
eat your brains out brother and you will deff. grow. Oh yea, dont pyramid d-bol (I also did this on my first cycle) keep the dbol at a constant dosage for about 4 weeks. This way your blood level will not fluxuate.
