2nd cycle, my access list and the choices I need help making!

Hi everyone,

I'm not really one for forums, so please forgive me if my etiquette isn't quite up to scratch.

Anyway, I'm 22, 6ft tall, 180lbs (or just over 80kg) and my first cycle was 12 weeks of Sustanon 250 at 500mg per week.

When I did this cycle, I did all my research as I was very scared of what would happen. Things went well, I ate big and made good gains. The problem was, that afterwards, I thought I'd jump straight back into the sauce over and over again - without even thinking, I bought some Dianabol Blue Hearts (10mg tabs - from memory). Further research indicates that orals aren't great for the liver and Dbol especially has some impacts on hairline. But it's too late, I bought them. So I either take them as a kicker or try and offload them to someone.

Also, my contact for some reason can only really get Sustanon and Deca. He can occasionally get Test E but it's pretty hit and miss with this guy. I have another friend who tells me he can get most things, but I don't really know what that means. He mentioned things like Tren (think I'll stay away from this) and T3 (don't even know what this is). If I can make up a good enough cycle from what my first contact can get, then that's the way I'll go.

So with those things in mind, my question is, where am I best headed? My goal ultimately is about another 5-10kg of mass. Fat doesn't phase me at all, nor does water weight. I'd prefer to not have to deal with hairloss (am probably going to get an anti DHT anyway - any suggestions?)

Also, not overly prone to gyno - had a lump when I was about 15 but it has done nothing for 7 years, including during my first cycle and I didn't take any ancillaries (correct term?) to combat it.

I think it 22 you're probably still a bit young to be messing around with gear. But let's face it, you're going to anyway. You're basically gonna cop the same responses that everyone gets when they post the above, but let's just pretend that you're diet is in check and you're training beautifully and getting plenty of sleep - not likely.

You're in Australia so that's your first problem. It's easy to source gear. It's hard to source legitimate gear. If you're buying sus, buy it in amps, but expect to pay $50-$70 per 1ml. Anyway, here is your cycle:

Week 1-4 - dbol 30mg ED
Week 1-12 - Sus @ 500mg EW

PCT
Week 13-16 - Clomid 50/50/50/50
OR
Week 13-16 - Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Throw a natural test booster in with your PCT and some zinc. Any OTC test booster is fine. Personal preference but I like them.

You could add Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during the cycle but expect to pay up to $500 for 5000iu so I wouldn't bother. If you start getting sore nips during cycle utilise the Nolvadex at 20mg a day. Go by feel. If you can source aromasin or arimidex you could use that during but you'll be paying out the arse and nolva will do the trick anyhow.

What are your thoughts on dbol and hairloss? Is it an issue I should worry about? It's not in my genetics at all but I did notice my hairline recede about half an inch on Sust.

As for a natural test booster, are we talking something like Tribulus Terrestis or something more pricey like Animal Stak? I have D-Aspartic acid that I can use anyway, so will take your advice and go down this route.

As for diet and sleep, you may be surprised with me. I get 8 hours every night (such is the perks of having a job that starts at 10am), my water intake is around 2L per day but I realise that needs to increase when on the gear. And my diet, while not immaculate, is very good with what I have available. I can write it out if you like? Actually, this leads me to another question - last time, I went about 1000 calories above maintenance and it worked pretty well. Should I continue with that train of thought? This time around I will need to rejig around week 8 to avoid a plateau.

Bump for more opinions. Does everyone agree with Rastas or is there something else that may be worth my while?

Also, the hairloss issue with dbol - can I grab some opinions? Would Liquidex suffice?

Any androgenic steroid will only accelerate the inevitable so I wouldn't stress about the hair loss. If it's going to fall out eventually this will just speed up the process. Some notice thinning but most will also notice the hair come back post cycle. I've got a shocking hair line but I usually don't notice much in the way of hair loss on cycle.

Tribulus is fine. I think it's a good herb to use. Just look for a test booster with a mixture of these things in it. Use the d-aspartic acid too. Animal stak is fine too if you've got it.

A calorie surplus is definitely required to put size on. Diet is everything. Don't post it here, post it in the diet forum in 3J's free diet advice. Follow his instruction on page one and then post your diet. He will then comment on it and tell you where to make the necessary adjustments. If you want really good results hire him. I've been with him since last year and he's with me for my contest prep til September.

Also 2L is nowhere near enough. At least 5.

I was getting 6L first cycle, it was hard but I knew I had to do it. Will go for something similar this time around.
 
Okay, now I definitely have the choice between Sust and Test E. Actually, truth be told, I can get pretty much anything now. Not willing to consider Tren though. Thoughts?

I'm going to keep a log of this with weekly photos, I'm sure there's a section on this forum for that. I'll head over to the diet section and post my diet after I have some dinner too.
