I wouldn't tho. Lgd is great.

Nah, all the stuff is in my cabinet already.
Gonna run all compounds as planned (dosages might vary pending sides etc.).

Monday I'll update the chart to reflect the changes and Tuesday it's time to go.

Good luck on this! Where did you figure those dosing for trenavar at 40mg? Usually I see 60mg as the starting dose. Are you using the PHF brand or another brand?
 
My Tren is Blackstone brand.
I read 60 as well, but being a stack like this, I wanted to play it safe.
Plenty of references running 40 solo.
This is my first run with Tren, time to see how my body likes it I guess.

Thinking about splitting it into a 25 mg morning dose and a 25 mg PWO dose 5 days a week.
Haven't tried it yet, but heard it tastes absolutely awful. Any hints on how to use it?

Funny thing about the taste, is you get used to it. It's kind of become a guilty pleasure of sorts for me, lol. Some don't like taking it PWO, I don't remember the reasons, but I've taken PWO and not sure if I notice any difference. I just finished week 3 and have now been at 75mg for 4 days (straight thru, no "off" days) and the only "vision sides" I've noticed is it takes me slightly longer to adjust to the change of light coming from outside to inside. Drove an hour in the dark last night and no "night vision" issues either. Now, I'll throw the caveat that things are normally a tad blurry for me beyond 8-10 feet, so I'm used to living in a yellow fog of sorts :P, but... I ran it previously 5 on and 2 off and just wanted to try pushing straight through this time without off days to see what happens.

Oh, but my point there was I always dose in 25mg doses (even now that I'm running it at 75... 1 morning, 1 PWO, one early evening)

The first time kinda feels like you're squirting rubbing alcohol into your mouth... by the 3rd day it starts to taste like Johnny Walker Red Label :P. You can always use a chaser....

New dieat starting today. Very few carbs and about 2500 cals a day.
Coming off of 3500+ this will be interesting. :)

Make sure to dose 2x ED. 4 hr half life.

Chest day.

Holy shit! Where did my strength go???
2500 cals, almost no carbs = weak as fu...

Really curious to see, if S4 fixes this problem within the next week or two.

Also, gulping down the S4 doesn't bother me at all any more.
Oral syringe, squirt it right in my throat, done.
 
Day 3 - S4

Back day.

Strength slightly up compared to last week. Not much, but still.
I have a hard time believing this is a coincidence!
After all, my strength has only gone down lately, not up.

Let's hope this trend continues. :)

Shoulders

Workout started absolutely awful.
Military presses, no strength at all. Fucking ridiculous. Rest of the WO was great though, felt strong for side and front raises etc.
I wonder if it's the S4, or the cutting diet, but I am sooooo fucking sore it's not even funny.
Still feel my pecs as if I trained them yesterday (might have had something to do with the military problems...).

Anywho, gonna stick with diet training and supps and see what happens.
 
Day 5 - S4

Wheels

Damn. No energy.
Got my big exercises in, but skipped calves. Not proud of it, but just didn't have enough steam.
Have been eating 3500-4200 cals a day so far this year. Going down to 2500 clearly has an effect on me, that's for damn sure.
Completely fine with the taste of S4 now. Doesn't bother me one bit.
No sides. Not sure if any positive effects either...
Hard to tell this early on.
 
Noob its the calories, my strength has suffered tremendously from dropping cals. Your body will adjust and begin to regulate its glucose levels etc and itll plateau. the first week or so is the worst
