2nd Cycle - Recomp / Cut on Halodrol / Trenavar / S4 / LGD

Day 10 - S4

Shoulders.
Good WO. Nothing earth shattering, but got a nice pump going and pushed through the pain :)

Day 11 - S4

Legs

So far so good. WO was ok. No complaints.
My BF has gone down some (skin fold) but not tremendously yet.
Weight is down some as well. About 4 lbs give or take.

Day 13 - S4

Arms.

Killer WO. Took 3g of Beta alanine mixerd with 3 g of DAA pre WO and damn!
Reps up, some weights up. Life is good.

Let's hope this trend continues.

Day 14 - S4

Rest.

I seriously wore out every fiber of my Bis and Tris yesterday.
Holy shit, what an intense wo.

Today I took a 25mg dose of S4 by accident. Guess this week I'll be 5.5 days on and 1.5 days off. LOL
Tomorrow marks the first day of week 3. Good shit is sure to happen soon.

Good to see the you're really getting into the S4 effects. As you're seeing it's great for recomp, and it's possible to cut AND get stronger at one and the same time. Very unusual compound in that sense. Curious about the Hella. I remember using it once and having good gains but some water retention. Not entirely sure why, given the chemical structure.
You staying pretty dry?

So far I am on S4 only...
Another 4 weeks before I start the PHs.
Stayed pretty darn dry on my last Halo cycle though. Used forma throughout though.

Just started reading about S4. I think this is what I need to get rid of my excess chest and stomach fat. What % bf are you? I know you can't post links but can ya point me in the right direction? Sarmsearch?

I was at 28 BF at the first of the year, now I'm at 20 and falling.
SS is big around here, but I decided to give Unique a shot.

And why S4 over OSTA? Aren't they pretty much the same? Sorry for the dumb questions!

Lot's of people report that S4 is great for cutting and Osta is like LGDs little brother. I am already running LGD, so there's really no point in using Osta IMHO.

Day 15 - S4 / LGD

Chest

Another satisfying WO. Not as significant a strength gain as on Arms day, but my Tris were still sore as fuck, so the fact that I was able to get my regular WO in and did all the reps clean was a win in my book. lol

Started LGD today. The concentration of LGD is lower than S4 and I am only using 5 mg a day.
Taste is WAY less intense than S4. Curious to see what's going to happen over the next 4 weeks.
Before I touch any PHs I'll have been on SARMs for 6 weeks, so I'll be able to judge very clearly what's more effective.
Right now, I am thinking PHs will yield more results for sure.

I split my SARMs into:
- 25 mg S4 in the morning
- 25 mg S4 pre WO
- 5 mg LGD in the evening

The train of thought being, that my system has a continuous input of the good stuff and LGD before bed just seems like a good idea.

Day 16 - S4 / LGD

Back

Great WO. Strength up. Did some pretty nice DLs. Really pushed myself.
So far the Sarms haven't wowed me, but it's obvious that they help, because there is no way that my strength would be going up natty right now.

Received a new diet plan today. Down to 1800 cals.
Shit should get interesting from here :)

Will not be able to stick to my diet 100% and will miss one leg and one arm day, due to travel, but I am not worried about it.
Still plenty of weeks left and the best is yet to come :)

1800.. Ahhh shet! Been there done that bought the Tee shirt bro. You will be weak and miserable! But you will cut for sure. IMO I wouldn't expect to get stronger off the cal def but I was natty and your all SARMD up!! Really looking fwd to the end result here. You will call me copy cat cause I'm gonna do the same! Lol

Check the first post in this thread for details, but the short answer is yes.

Day 17 - S4 / LGD

Shoulders.
Weak as fuck. Intense WO though. Looks like no food = no strength, regardless of which SARM you use. LOL

The next three days will be the exception to the rule that I always follow my nutrition and trainings plan to the T, but I will try to keep my calorie intake around 1800 and my carbs looooow.
