Hi guys,
This is my first post so a little bit of info:
Age: 24 years
Lift: 2 years
The 1st cycle was 12weeks of:
10weeks 500mg/wk Test-C
12weeks 50mgED Var
Last 2 weeks 300mg Test-P
1g Anastrozole/wk
2x250iu HCG/wk (didn't work, mid-cycle tests said so; maybe I did something wrong with the BAC water dunno)

I was really pleased with the cycle, gains were 9kg; kept 6-7kg depending on my caloric intake and kept almost all the strength.
My diet could have been better though. So for my 2nd cycle I'm inclined to do a lean gains with minimal fat cycle, because this will keep me on spot with my diet and not screwaround with macros/calories. If I want to lean gain with minimal fat it will be paramount to hit my targets and not miss them. I know diet is key and not AAS.
This being said, I'll be training 6x per week with 500kcal surplus and kcal deficit on non-workout day. Trying to gain 5kg of LBM. I'll start when I'm 8-9%bf, now currently 14%. I planned it to be in January 2014 or last resort in February 2014 if something doesn't go as planned.
My 2nd cycle will be as follows:
Weeks 1-12:
Test-P 200mg per week
Primobolan Depot 300mg per week (although last pin of Primo will be in Week 10 because it's active for 2 weeks)
Adex 2g per week
Weeks 1-6:
Mast-P 300mg per week
Weeks 7-12:
Var 100mgED
Tren-A 150mg per week
Caber 1g per week
Liv-52
Silymarin
TUDCA
PCT:
Clomid 100/50/25/25/12.5
Nolva 40/20/20/10
Do you think that 5kg LBM is achievable with my above plan of diet-training-gear?
Is 500kcal surplus on the 6 workout days and a kcal deficit on non-workout days a good leangains diet on cycle?
Thoughts about cycle? AAS used? Dosages? Times?
