2nd cycle

hi guys.im 6ft,67kilos..
ive already done 20ml sus250 at 2ml a week before and about to start another cycle.i took 2ml every week for 10weeks.i went for 62.5kilos to 71kilos..i didnt take post cycle therapy (pct) as my source went on holiday as i needed it :( but my balls are all good and back to size..
im thinking about doing,
2ml-2ml-2ml-mon,1ml,thurs,2ml, x 4 then monday 2ml for last injection....20ml all up-8weeks).
2weeks from last injection take 2 weeks worth of nolvadex.
have you got anything at all you could help me with in the way i could change the cycle to get better gains?

for the weight i am im actualy not a bad size.my mates 80kilos and he is no bigger then what i am.Im actually quite happy wiv that becuase by the time i hit the same weight you are, ul be a dwarf mate!...sensible answer yeh,ive asked for opinion on how i could do this cycle better not for nobs thinking they no it all when really they dont..cheers
 
so now you are 160 lbs and 6'.

nobody with this states will get advice on cycle cause, you're not as heavy as it need to

believe me mate, he knows ALOT MORE then you do, no need to fire up just take it easy buddy, theres 'no way' to run gear a better 'way' its all in your training and dieting, and besides that cycle sounds like shit bro no offense, how about you scrap that, and go sus at 500mg a week for 12 weeks, do 1 ml mon and 1 ml thurs, and really man you need to work on your size, because 67kgs at 6ft isnt really that impressive man, any who just ask if you wanna know..
 
take it easy geezer and listen to the Red Machine. If you started a cycle before securing your post cycle therapy (pct) you obvisly where on the wrong track. Stick around on the forum and read up about gear for a year or so. In the mean while use creatine, zma, glutamine and secure your diet before you start messing with hormones by yourself.

you need groceries instead of steroids and there is not any smart ass remark that you can make that will change that.
i also seriouslly doubt you will ever be as big as kane.

Freaking Newbs, Lay out a shitty cycle and think they know everything. Your a stick bud, you'll just lose after you come off, especially with that horrific cycle. Eat everything in site, learn how to be respectful, then come back and get help.

100% in agreement food especially good quality protein is the most important factor in adding muscle. Eat large, train hard but don't over train, drink plenty of water. Steroids is ust one piece to the puzzle.

yes im new to the forum and i dont no alot about all this the same way all you guys dont no everything.uv all had to start somewhere and i dont appriciate little sarcy comments, i didnt post this for nobs thinking there sumat.ive asked for some help, thanks to the 1s who actuali gave me some advice
 
Sounds like you should go for the standard cycle of 18 weeks: sustanon, dbol, anadrol, tren, and eq.... post cycle therapy (pct), fuck it you could use the fat you will gain after your cycle, couple that with a diet in the range of 8-10k cals, and your beast-mode training and since your at 67kilos(147.4lbs) you will probably put on about 4.5kilos(10lbs).
