2nd dbol only,1st gained 25lb's&kept all :-)),diet advice please...

Hi,I'm about to start my second dbol only cycle as I am not looking to inject,I wanna just bulk and was very happy with my first dbol only cycle.
I am taking a different approach this time,first cycle was 30mg/day for 8 weeks (with milk thistle and nolva pct),this one will be 15/20mg for 10 weeks with weekends off.
I didn't enjoy sides from first cycle,got minor gyno so wasn't going to up dose and after research I believe a lower dose for longer period of time (with milk thistle and nolva pct) with weekends off will work better and without the bloat.
I'm 180lb's,5'10",quite cut..what kind of diet should I be looking at for this 2nd cycle?.
What should my daily calorie and water intake be?.
Any help greatly appreciated,thanks guys.

My question is when would be best time of day to take this 15/20mg dose?.From research seems to point at single morning dose but is this correct?.I ask as know you guys know your stuff,I will be taking 5mg pink thai's.I normally around lunchtime if that helps.

you can take smaller doses all at once

each time a drug is metabolized by the liver some loss can occur so splitting doses may result in less bioavailability

with higher doses its better to split due to the greater fluctuation of blood levels
 
Thanks for ferrari f50,wanted to double check that as so much different advice out there.
My only question now is how long does dbol stay active in my bod if I go with that and take in mroning?,I'll be training lunchtime.
What I mean by this is one of main benefits of dbol is protein synthesis yeah,so when I'm taking in post workout protein I wanna make sure the dbol is still doing it's business and synthesising it to the max.Would that still be case if 15/20mg taken all at once say roughly 10am to get it into my bloodstream by 1/2pm?.

how long has it been since your first dbol cycle that you're saying you kept all 25 lbs you gained? Dbol usually brings at least a few pounds of water... If you did thats whats up but that sounds at least a little exaggerated?
 
the half life of dbol is around 3-6 hours, full life around 6-12 hours
also take into account the time/hours before the drug reaches full blood circulation

best thing to do would be to time your dose within 6 hours of workout imo

If my first cycle is anything to go by I'm expecting good things and if anything less bloat,water retention and more solid gains.
 
Personally from experience 15-20mg is not particularly high for DBol only and at best this would only lead to minimal gains of which tend to subside quite quickly, however does play a role in helping to get past those sticking points in training.
I would usually split this AM and PM as 10mg doses, as I train in the evenings and some daytime also, I always like to get it in my system before training, say 2 hours min before.

Ferrari,what was the imo for?,if I train at 1pm,when would be best time to take the full single dose of dbol to make synthesis fully effective?.

it cain as firsts cycle on dbol but not all along as your personnal or favorit cycle. right.

If not test-E 500mg/week 10 weeks and dbol 50mg/ed 5 weeks is common cycle, wellknown.

anyway, you have to run PCT an then, TR then Clomid, and ( if in need HCG) as well Aromatase inhibitor (AI) could be usefull for some persons.

But to re-concider you cycle you are not on rigthj area.

imo = in my opinion

take the dose anytime within 6 hours before workout bro
eating it with your pre pre workout meal (2 meals before workout) should do you nicely
