Well, today was my third back workout in the last two weeks. Due to some injuries sustained during a car accident and my recent sinus surgery I had to take 6 weeks off. My strength is coming back much faster than I imagined. For my back routine I did:

BB rows 275 x 5 for 5 sets
did 315 for 3 reps after that

DB rows 90 x 15 for 3 sets
(Ballys Fitness only has db's up to 90 lbs)

Close grip reverse pulldowns 170 x 15 for 3 sets

(Assisted) :) widegrip pullups 3 sets of 15

And thats all she wrote.

Nice, it is always goog to not lose eveything lol. That sinus surgery is a bitch isn't it. I had complications and was supposed to lose my left eye. But thankfullly i didn't.

Yea it was a bitch. Damn, I have always heard that was a risk when undergoing sinus surgery but I never have known anyone that had that happen. This was my 4th in the last 3 years.

The infection can spread to either under your eye, or your brain, thankfully mine spread to my eye, and caused an orbital abscess, but about a month later when my opened again, low and behold to everyones amazement i was not blind, but i had three surgeries in five days, and a forehead that had no feeling for six months. :)

Well I have been on a ckd diet so combine that with coming off a cycle and not being able to work out and that knocks off about 40+lbs. I do love this ckd diet as I have lost a lot of bodyfat.

That is a lot of weight. That is my biggest nightmare -- being in an accident and losing a lot of my seize. I think I would ask my friends to bring me my shots to the hospital. It will be interesting to see how fast it all comes back for you. Are you on anything right now?

no I have set a goal to get back where I was while I was 'on'and at my strongest, naturally, before I start back.
