(...) I do that for a lot of muscles and if u think about it: Push day = front delts, side delts, traps, chest middle, upper chest, bunch of diff tri's ect... I can't just picture how I would get this done in a hour. (...)r

Example push day that would be more than enough for someone approximately your level of development

incline DB press: 2 warmup, 3 straight work sets and dropset for 4 working sets total [15mins max]
flat BB press or chest machine: 3 sets
superset DB flyes: 3 sets, each immediately after a bench press set [10mins]
side lateral DB raise: 3 straight sets plus a dropset [10mins]
reverse pec dec: 3 sets, finish with a rest/pause or dropset [5 minutes]
rope pushdown: 4 sets, finish with a dropset
superset overhead tricep extension: 3 sets, one after each set of rope pushdowns except the dropset [10 minutes]

Total time...50 minutes, push day annihilated.

I work.a very.physical demanding Job moving other people's furniture out for a living and still.spend an hour and a half in the gym probs due to.obsession I dunno I just love the whole aspect of being there, being in a zone and pumpin iron

For instance yesterday was back day and started out with.deads
I spent about 30 min.just doing deads.with longer breaks as I.was.lifting fairly heavy 500lbs and up to 545lbs for.a few reps and pyramid up then down to 135lbs my.lowest to rep out to.failure
So.yeah which.means 30 min spent doing one routine and still.had other routines to follows after deads, all in all with more.rest between.sets, I.spent about an.hour and.half close to 2 hours yesterday in the gym and loved it, to.each there own on there traiining methods is my point!

I dunno.about your.gym.big Ben if it's.just full.of.male.testosterone, but ya.the woman.in.my.gym.I goto is.Def eye candy bro, and.my eyes.start wandering while.I train so be it haha, so that's another 10min in the gym checking out.the ladies which means longer.rest inbetween.sets haha :)
 
The above looks more like a power lifter routine.

I am open to re-doing squats and rows and pull ups if NEEDED, but deadlifts are one that I don't want to do. I've always had trouble with my form on it and back rolling, gave me some issues a long time ago. I'd rather grind out various machines in order to build the back. Deads really are not needed for BB. If I stopped BB and worked toward str, I would go back to deadlifting.

Either way, still looking for a PPL routine if any 1 can help.

It's a power building routine...and im sure it will put size on my frame quite nicely while making me strong as fuck

Neither of these is 100% guaranteed to be perfect but off the top of my head I don't see any glaring issues

Pull:

one-arm barbell row (landmine) - two warmup and three straight sets...use 25lbs plates for a deeper ROM, and they will help for the fourth set (dropset!) [10mins]
deads or rack pulls - two feeder sets pyramiding weight up to three working sets of 10-12...strict form, don't add weight at the expense of dropping into single digit reps [10mins]
smith or barbell bent-over row - 3 sets of 8 reps each, rest pause for 1sec on all reps using pins or stops [10mins]
medium width chin-ups - 3 bodyweight sets of 8-12 reps (if you can't get at least 8 reps, use a cheater machine)
superset wide grip lat pull-down - do these after each set of chins, pick a weight you will fail at approximately 10 reps [10mins]
one-arm supinated DB curl - one warmup and four working sets of 8, keep palms facing up the whole time
superset reverse-grip EZbar curl - go to failure after each set of DB curls, pick a weight that allows you to get 12-15 clean reps and 5-10 more partials [10mins]

Total time...50minutes, should be a very exhausting workout with the fairly taxing compound lifts and bigger back movements

I don't personally deadlift a lot anymore, and would only do that rack pulls every other workout but depending on your level of progression the deads (not rackpulls) could easily be done at least once if not twice a week at that rep range


And to reiterate Push:

You on the other hand have 4500 posts of complete shite. Nothing constructive what so ever? And why stay natty? I blossom on course. I have a base because I am smart enough to cycle AAS and not blast silly amounts all year round.

I am 2 weeks into a cycle and already made more gains than your complete "transformation" hahaha. You can't be for real.
