So I'm about 6 months shy of 19 years old so I'm gonna train natty for a bit longer
before pic is of me at 16 about 6-8 months into lifting seriously- 5'3 105lbs. 13%?
bench- 85
deadlift- 115
squat- 115
second pic is of me now 3.5 years later
- 5'6 160 10-12%
bench- 245
squat- 345(need to improve)
dead- 395(need to improve)
I know you guys recommend to wait until mid 20s before the first cycle.
I'm really interested in starting a bit after I turn 20. I will have been busting my ass in the gym and the kitchen for 5 years by that time.
I know my natty test will still be high, My question is do you guys believe a cycle at that age is safe given that I plan on 500/wk test, and carry the cycle out maturely, with proper PCT?
