Second off maintaining a low body fat at 185lbs is much easier than maintaining a low bodyfat at 220lbs. Do you think you can really put on 30-35lbs of PURE muscle and eat the calories needed to maintain that weight while staying "shredded" within 2 years? good luck, have fun with DNP.
