3 Months Progress

For some reason it seems like all my weight gain just has gone to my triceps... I'm doing weighted dips now with 25lbs squeezed between my thighs. For hanging bench dips, I stack two 45lb plates, and a 25lb plate on top of my lap while I do them.

Hard to believe I'm 142 now. Gained another 2lbs recently.

From the front I still look pretty lean.
