300 workout

I know there are a couple other threads regarding the 300 workout, but I didn't see if anyone had actually given it a shot. I'm thinking about throwing this into my routine 3 days a week and was wondering if anyone has any experience with it. I know it's a timed routine, so if you have times throw them out there, I need some goals :)

3 days a week is gonna be hard bro. I almost got through the whole workout in 26 minutes, but it took me 20 minutes to get the last 25 pull ups out b/c I was so tired.

I did it today for the first time. my time was 12:47. you were right it is extremely tiring, especially the floor sweepers. u must have taken some serious breaks in 26 minutes though man.

I haven't cycled in 3 years, i'd like to see what some of your times are while on cycle. if you havent tried it, give it a shot it's fun:

25 pullups
50 deadlifts @135lbs
50 pushups
50 box jumps (24")
50 floor sweepers (w/ 135lbs)
50 clean and press (35lbs)
25 pullups

Let me know!
