Lol halfwit they are on to you. Dipking: If you are lifting raw, I would look into the cube method. Better adapted for raw lifting.
 
Powerlifters don't get fat, they just get more gut force out of the hole.

I don't really 1RM anymore, but here's what I have recently done:
Bench: 440lbs
Squat: 465lbs (with good form) - I have had 3 knee surgeries, so I don't do these often AT ALL. I used to squat 615, but that was many moons ago.
Deads: I don't do these anymore as my gym doesn't have the proper equipment. I can get up 465 no problem, but they confine you to a rack, which I apparently start to lift with the weight. My old 1RM was 720lbs pre-injury as well.

Now I'm just an old fart trying to look good. :p

You and I had similar body shapes before I went on a 3J plan early this year. I'm probably 3-4% lower than you now. But I'm also trying to shred up, which is a totally different goal than yours. I dare anyone to call you fat to your face too. ;)
 
have ever thought at a diet, by running tren too high body fat is not safe. is just a suggestion to help you in your cycle, and against the side effects.
 
I dropped the tren a while back. Not worth the emotional side effects for me right now. Just doing test and deca. I mean, I have thought about dieting down, and I know there are ways to do it effectively and effeciently, but I always lose strength and feel like crap it seems. I appreciate the advice though.
 
i think than some guyz are healthy while with high bodyfat. which brand do you prefer for your cycle?

His goal is to be a record holding powerlifter. The more mass he has the more efficient his lifts are the the better leverages he makes for himself.

Thats a whole foot on me. I could be 500lbs and on the pro strongman tour with that .

Man, I just want to be 300-315 and have 9% or so body fat. :( I like being big and strong, but I haven't seen a six pack in over a decade and a half! :doh:
 
308, maybe you've answered this before but I'm curious; at what level of lifting is it safe to assume a powerlifter is enhanced?
 
Do you weight lift-
Clean and jerk/snatch?

I guess that's were my goals mix... I love powerlifting but I never want to lose that fast twitch and acceleration from weight lifting.

Goals as of now are:
650DL beltless
550sqt (have hit but was not atg so i wont count it officially)
350 Bp (again have hit but want long pause and zero butt lift)

405 front sqt (did 345 yesterday)
315 clean/jerk
Body weight snatch...mobility is majorly lacking though.
