i am new to the sight and would like to introduce myself. i was in a car accident 15 months ago and ended up with a t8 spinal cord injury that landed me in a wheel chair with nothing from the bottom of my ribs down. as in i have no feeling or movement. when they tested my testosterone levels at rehab they were 298. average for my age is around 700-800. so i instantly was put on a gel everyday. i hated it to be honest. when i got out of rehab they started me on a horomone replacement program for the rest of my life and got my levels back to around 800.
my diet is on key as it has to be for certain other reasons, i do physical therapy three times a week for strength training and to work on my trunk muscles. i also started raising my protien levels with food and using free weights at home as i am yet to be able to get back in my chair if i fall on the floor. which i do allot cuz i push my limits to see what i can and cant do. how else to learn right.
what i am getting at is i want to run test prop with the 250mgs every two weeks the drs are giving me. but i want to run it every other day for acouple or few months depending to get my upper body where it needs to be to be able to get off the floor and help in other aspects of my life.
i am here for advice and hope to lead me in the right direction asap.
thanks, farney
