I just did a little quickie at the gym. I hadn't intended to lift that day, but he had his camera and I figured it would be cool if I got 315 on video. I damn near ripped those jeans though. Skin tight. Lol.
Good job. Now the hard work comes in. Keeping those gains. Make sure your post cycle therapy (pct) is solid, probaly gonna have to change your workouts some. Diet needs to be on point.

I pushed 315 for 5 sets of 10 with no help, no bouncing and really fast. Not even to failure.
I was on Tren A 100Mg/day and TPP 400mg/week, 5'11 230lbs. I couldn't keep that up for long, doing dumbells I almost tore my pec, it swelled up in a spot and was warm to the touch.
With that kinda weight, the muscles and joins will start giving out. What I do now is slow and steady. But it's nice to pull that much weight once in a while. Make ya feel good.
