Current stats: 35, 245-250lbs probably appx16-18% bf, 6'3, been lifting 20 years and never done AAS ever (did half a bottle of prohormones when i was 20)

I was dealing with average to low testosterone (411 <r>ng/dL250-1100 and free 71.1 pg/mL35.0-155.0 ) and felt as though in the last 2-3 years I had to keep a damn near immaculate diet for my body fat not to get out of control. In the past, I could do a cut diet 5 days a week and eat whatever i wanted on the weekend and still lose weight, those days have long been gone. I felt my libido waning; i was slowly getting weaker in the gym for no apparent reason; i seem to be suffering from some light aphasia aka brain fog and despite getting a decent amount of sleep i always felt slow in the morning. I have done a ton of research and after talking about it with my wife decided to give it ago. Fortunately, my mood hadn't been suffering and my since of well being is generally pretty good.

My bloodwork indicated the following:
skyhigh prolactin levels
high estrogen, sbgh, and cortisol
and rock bottom Vitamin D

They have me on 200mg of Test cyp split twice a week
HCG split twice a week
Megadosing Vitamin C 15-20grams daily
and Lglutathione injections twice a week
megadosing vitamin D
and anastrolze

What was your estradiol level before going on TRT?
sky high high prolactin before TRT or after?
Why are you taking huge doses of vit c?
You should try and get your vit d levels up. 1000 i.u. vit d gel caps wont cut it.

Estradiol was 55.1 (7.63-42.6)
Prolactin 30.2 (4.04-15.2)
Vitamin c is to attempt to repair my mild degenerative arthritis in knees
I take one 50000iu vitamin d pill a week

How high was your Prolactin? Did you follow up with an MRI?

My endo who happened to think my test was fine did find my prolactin levels curiously high. He ordered an MRI for me last week. I went and the results were completely normal. My wife insisted I go to an endo first before my trt clinic so none of my actions were in haste.

Before going on TRT your Estradiol was 55 pg/ml with TT in the 400's ?
Am I interpreting this correctly?
If this is so and you never had a MRI done for that high prolactin and your doc put you straight on TRT without dealing with this......
I would run not walk from this doc.
Have you ever had a sleep study done?

Yes you are interpreting that correctly
I had an MRI done last week suggested by both my TRT clinic and military endo. The results were completely normal and healthy.
My endo is separate from my TRT clinic
I have never had a sleep study done. I was suppose to do one but I haven't gotten around to it.

High Prolactin can cause low testosterone. Why not try lowering it to see if you can avoid TRT. Your TT isn't at hypogonadal levels to begin with.

All the endo did was put me on synthroid at 50mg. I asked him about the prolactin and he didn't give me a protocol for that. He ran a bunch of test and then after that he ran a bunch more so it didn't seem to concern him

I get the sense you don't like to challenge your docs too much. I would encourage you to start advocating for yourself.

Hypothyroidism can lower your T as well. I am really shocked they put you on TRT given you are not hypogonadal and you have two correctable conditions that can lower your T (hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia). I am not saying that curing both of thosenwill fix your T, but it might.

Last month I was at 412 TT.
I guess this puts me into the same boat as well?
I'm not doing the greatest. Will know more soon as i'm waiting on Bio Avail.T. blood tests....

You should of tried Adex mono for a couple months...
0.125 or 0.25 mg eod. That estradiol is way too high.
Most of your Test is converting to Estradiol.
I bet you have 500 ng/dl + of TT if you dialed in your Estradiol into an optimum range. You should be at half that Estradiol for health and well being.
Bad call on the TRT imo....

You seem very critical of my discovery process and I completely respect that. I can tell by your tone and queries that you are more sophisticated than me with respect to trt. But I have asked a number if folks about having a 400 test at my size and age and they all felt as though it was reasonable to try trt out given my symptoms. Like I said, I have never even done steroids before so this process was a completely cautionary one

Do u think i should hold off on the rest of my 10 week supply and play with adex

I just think you had a really good chance of restoring higher T levels by curing your other ills. I think you could have avoided going on TRT for the rest of your life. Unless an issue was identified with your testicles...
