yes mate i did but i am not familiar to many scientific - medical words and some of them i cannot understand...
from what i understood reading them is 2 weeks after my cycle i will start my PCT with clomid or nolvadex if i am right...!!!

You can also wait 3 weeks from time of your last shot then start pct, also to have a more solid recovery you should run clomid and nolva.

yes thats usually the gold standard.. but its based on the ester you decide to run.. the longer the ester the longer you wait to start pct..

well guys i am REALLY confused...!!!

some guys say that test + masteron is not a good cycle cause these 2 are both androgen and they recommend replacing masteron with primobolan...
also they insist on taking nolvadex and clomid from the first day but i read in the sticky notes here that i have to start 2 weeks after my last shot...

primobolan gives a fine lean mass but masteron gives hardeness as i read...
testosterone is needed to every cycle

well the basics are ok but the details make the difference...

Your first cycle should be testosterone only. Don't run other AAS compounds.

You can run Nolva during your cycle if you are worried you are gyno prone. This will protect your breast tissue from getting too much estradiol should you have trouble managing your estradiol via AI usage. No need to run Clomid though during your cycle.

Hers a simple way to look at it...

First cycle - only testosterone... Testosterone is your foundationfor every cycle.

1st - chose a type of testosterone ... Testosterone Cypionate or Testosterone Enanthate - are common for a first cycle.

2nd - chose how many mg's of test per week... I started out with 250 mg of test cyp - twice a week = 500mg of testosterone per week.

3rd - the duration of the cycle... my first cycle was for 12 weeks.

4th -your PCT which is a VEREY important step... I'll let other chime in on this... I blast and cruise so it's been a while sense I've covered PCT.

The mg's of testosterone and the duration of the cycle can be different... this is just what I did and worked very well for me.
