3J and I are about to rock this shit!

Update - things are going well so far. last couple days have been rough, due to scheduling, but still getting it done. It's crazy, but I feel lazy on the days I don't train.

Day 7 - woke up @ 0430, post piss weighed at 218.2. The weight hasn't come off this first week like I thought I would. I am due for measurements on Thursday to submit, so we will see where we are at when the time comes. Aint really nothing now to cook. Not even a hassle. Been in the process of buying a house, so the stress level has been up a little bit, which may be causing something negative, but gotta keep on keeping on.
 
Your body may be fighting you right now - especially due to the stress. I would not worry about it. Like you said, keep on keeping on.
 
Sent measurements in today. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I have lost inches in my most fatty areas, but gained in other. I lost in the neck, chest, waist, the belly button waist. I gained in bicep, forearm, thigh. Calf stayed same.
Weight was down to 218.2. Slow but steady. Rome wasn't built in a day.
 
I just stumbled on this.. and by going off the date I was curious if this fella had finished his plan? Was reading the log and hoping to see the whole 8 weeks. looks like he popped smoke?
