I got sent here when asking about my cutting cycle.

Im keeping my diet around 2500cals because I'm trying to cut.

Stats: 20YO, 195LBS, 5-7 days a week In gym

Cycle (On week 5):

test E 600 MG/w 12wks

Anavar 75mg ED/ weeks 6-12

Arimidex .25 EOD

My diet is fairly clean but could never hurt for revisions to make it perfect.

Breakfast - 2 whole eggs 3 egg whites, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup milk

meal 2 - protien bar 15Gprotien 16G carbs and an apple or banana

meal 3 - 5OZ salmon with whole wheat wrap & celery or 1 Chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice/veggies or tuna sandwhich with whole grain bread

Meal 4 - (Leaving work around this time so need to resort to fast food) Chicken mcbistro from mcdonals

Meal 5 - Cup of milk, One scoop Isolated whey & 4 whole wheat crackers with 1 slice of cheese

Meal 6- Post workout - Whey protien shake, cup of milk

Nighttime- Casien shake (With half avacado if it fits cals)

meal 2 and 4 are you biggest issues here..

protein bars are crap.. eat real food

fast food is crap.. eat real food.. pack a cooler.. be more dedicated

also remove milk from your diet..

also, focus your carbs to breakfast, pre and post workout.. follow the *PRN approach *as needed

also, any idea what your tdee is?

What would you recommend to replace those? something I could bring with me or cook previous night before. And I just drink skim milk I honestly could not eat oatmeal or shakes without it, Its only 80 calories per cup anyway

Not sure what TDEE is sorry

well meal 1 , 4, and 5 need carbs.. the rest need to be filled with fat... at 2500 calories your macros should look like this

250g protein
150g carbs (split into 3 meals)
100g fats

meal 5 should have no fats, meal 6 should have the highest fats.. mind you we are talking healthy fats

also, milk is not a health food.. if anything it doesn't digest well and causes bloat.. the older you get the less you produce the lactose enzyme... none of my client have milk.. ever..

switch to plain unsweetened almond milk.. that would work better...

Alright, So besides oatmeal what can i use for carbs. Is bread and whole wheat crackers fine? And for healthy fats what kind of foods would be good to add in, I know avacado would be one
