3j need advice :)

Let me first say thank you so much 3J for the advise and the help you have givin me not just with the diet but with understanding macro's ect :) ok enough ass kisses lol but serious thank u so much...i need help with this dilema..i come off cycle in 3.5weeks..ive been dieting for 8 weeks now lost around 10kg body fat test done every week with skin fold calipers mostly fat has came off..thing is im starving...tired in the gym and sessions are fucked il probly lose muscle now being this lean easting what im eating should i start to bulk now or wait till post cycle therapy (pct) i got everything i need for my bulk naturaly...only thing i wnated to do is hold off and diet so when i start my post cycle therapy (pct) i start bulking and get a rebound affect what are ur thorts my lifts are getting worse in the gym training isnt as good therefore less productive workouts means less gains need help asap as im hungry :P thanks big man long term goal is compete in 2013 so whole year to bulk feel like im wasting my time cutting for no reason

meal 1: 1 1/2 scoop whey protein 4 slices of rye bread 48/60/3
meal 2: 200g grilled chicken breast 1 cup basmati rice 45/45/5
meal 3: same as above 45/45/5
meal 4: same as above 45/45/5
meal 5: 250g grilled chicken breast50/0/5
meal 6: 250g 90% lean beef 50/0/25
i add 1 big bag of spinach...plus 600g of brocclie though out the day a bit bland and not much of a mixture am just over the diet to tell u the truth....
1 hr cardio in the morning every morning 3.7miles
4x1hr hit gym sessions a week dorian yates style :)

il add that im not carb sensative..if i eat clean carbs ALOT of clean carbs i find it hard to fill out my carb intake need to be stupidly high!!!!!
