I would like to start out with some background. I trained from the time I was 15till 18 six days a week as a four letter high school athelete, kept training till 22, started back up when I was 24, then had a wreck that shelved me for a while. Let myself go, then started training again this year. At my heaviest I was 378 and 30%bf. I dropped to about 328 before I joined ology. I had been a long time member elsewhere.
I hit a plateu, and I wasn't loosing weight like I thought I should be. Then came 3J. Since getting with him in September/October, I have dropped to 270.8 and have really started to see gains in the right areas. Before that, I was loosing weight, but getting nothing really in the gym. I knew it was food. I am by no means uneducated, but it took that little extra to get me over the hump.
I eat more now, a lot more. I have energy in the gym and at work. His plans were adaptable, went off what I had given him information wise, and were tailored to me. It took a huge chunk out of what I stressed about every day, and lets me TRAIN!
It is all every easy to follow.
Plus, he replies to my email questions or comments almost instantly. I only wish every other place I had done business with had this type of cusomer service. I feel less like a customer and more like I have a professional who cares about my goals. Even if youre a die hard vet, I would recommend going the extra mile and seeking him out. I wouldn't endorse if I didn't believe. Hell, I wouldnt have signed up again if it didn't work. I've made really signifigant changed in my body comp already. People are constantly asking me what I have done to change things. It feels great to get noticed for all the hard work myself and 3J have put in. Do yourself a favor, go the extra mile.
