3J ques on fruits on diet

Just curious if while Im trying to shed a little more if its a big deal eating bananas as my fruit everyday. Or would apples and oranges be better? What would be best if you can help me out?
 
bananas are great for carb intake as long as they are not going brown in any way on the skin or on the banana itself..

i usually do two pieces of fruit a day
