3J's Nutrition Experience

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know about my experience with working with 3J's Nutrition Network.

First, I'll tell you a little bit about myself to give you an idea of how great this experience has been. I have been playing soccer, working out, running, playing sports my entire life. When I was done playing soccer in college, I was looking for something to do to keep me going. I took up running and did half marathons often. That started to break my body down. So when I met my fiance, I started to get into lifting more. I had always been around 128, 5'2 and muscular...about 13% body fat. I always felt stuck. I worked out every single day, and ate healthy, but I was overtraining (too much cardio) and not enough knowledge.

When I realized I needed someone to help me with my diet, because that's the most important thing, I had no idea who to work with or where to look. My fiance started working with 3Js Nutrition Network and I asked if he worked with females and did their diets. Let me tell you, this has been worth every penny!!

I started off at 120lbs and I am now at 114 in just 3 weeks! It's not even the fact that my numbers have dropped, I just feel so much better, leaner, and tighter. My waist went from 28inches to 26inches in a few weeks. I have had tons of complements from others who know me well and know what I'm doing. I sent him pictures of my progress 2 times a week and I email him whenever I have questions or I'm curious about different things I'm eating (which I feel like I ask questions allll the time haha) but he responds quickly! It is incredibly motivating to see the results in such a short time. I am on a carb cycle right now: 2 high days, 3 low days, and 2 no carb days. It seems painful, but you have so much energy and when I lift, I feel like I've been having amazing workouts!!! And like I mentioned before, you are more motivated when you pay someone to do your diet and you have to send them pictures of yourself to determine progress. You can't cheat yourself.

I highly recommend anyone to work with him. It has been an excellent experience. I have been considering doing a Figure show this year, but I may do a Bikini show instead, due to lack of muscle for a Figure show, and he is willing to work with me through that too if I decide to do it!

You should post them up when you get a chance. A verbal testimonial is great for some things, but for diet transformations nothing beats pictures.

thanks for the kind words..

shes doing great.. 6lbs on a frame so small is hard to do.. she's already pretty damn lean... but she is responding very well to the diet.. well done!!

Thanks for posting them! I know its not a huuuuuge difference. but I know women can relate that its difficult to lose those last 5-10 pounds or that extra body fat! I'm going to be working woty 3j for another couple months and then he's going to train me for a bikini show this august/September! I'll definitely post more pics later if its helpful. So theres the proof how effective his work is :)

For 3 weeks it is a HUUUUGE difference Meg!! You look great!! Even when you had glasses ; ) haha, JK. You really make me want to give 3j a whirl.

Keep it up!!!

yea she thinks 7lbs isn't a big deal on her frame.. there is a OBVIOUS and DISTINCT difference in her pics..

very proud of you woman!!!

Wow Meg! You should be VERY proud, and you look AMAZING!

I'm a very happy 3J client myself!

Keep it up!

Thanks 3J! Yes...I'm doing cardio. I try to get 5 days in of 30-45 min of cardio. The past 2 weeks has been like 4 days. It sucks...not making excuses but I work really long days so I try to get at LEAST 4 days in.

I've heard a lot of negative things about Bikini Competitions...anybody have any feedback? When I say negative, I mean other bodybuilders/competitors look at Bikini competitors differently, in a not good way haha. Thoughts?

obviously they are going to look at it that way.. its alot harder to add muscle as a female to get into the other divisons.. dont worry about what they say

imo your currently built for bikini.. you would have an easy time contest preping

Meg you can really see the difference in your stomach and a little in your arms and legs. Great progress for only one month's time. Good job!

The big glaring "negative" for Bikini comps is that the judging is less objective and more subjective. It's not like figure or bodybuilding where they can compare muscle mass, muscle separation, symmetry and whatnot. There's less to judge on. You could be in the worst condition and still win. Because of this, bikini is often criticized for biased judging.

Regardless, if you want to run a competition, you should aim for bikini (at least at first). Figure is a whole new level of fitness and dieting. One bikini show will give you an idea of how you like the sport and how much effort it takes to get in contest shape. It's still an accomplishment to compete no matter what you place.

Thanks 3J and Essays for the help! I want to experience a show first and like 3J said build more muscle. I want to look like Dana Linn Bailey haha.
