absolutely not.. its counter productive... more estrogen equals more bloat and easier fat storage...
 
I must say that is one of the most discouraging things about dieting. I never really had a big cup size and now it's just getting smaller haha. That was another concern. Almost 90% of the women in bikini shows have huuuuge boobs haha. Does that matter?!

I think smaller breasts can be very sexy. . . As far as competing. . I think thats why most get implants(no matter how hidious some may look) cause of the dieting
 
its a known fact.. when weight goes off a woman it goes off on the chest too..

On the professional level, most women have implants. Most professional level bikini competitors also make a living doing modeling shoots, so their boobs pay themselves off fast.

Fake boobs is a personal choice, and you shouldn't feel any need to get them if that's not your cup of tea. It's definitely a non-issue at the amateur level. One thing about fake breasts is that it changes the way your body type looks. Many women who are pear shaped get them and it makes them look very well proportioned because they have always been bottom heavy, and the new boobs balance that out.

You'll never have a problem with men because of your boobs. Guys like asses as much as boobs, and on the plus side, that is something that you can actually get results on!
 
Can see a great improvement in such a short space of time, some people are just lucky like that once they're doing the right things for their goals. 3J is good with his advice, but you're the one taking it on board and sticking with it, a diet sheet is only as good as the person being disciplined enough to let it do it's work - if you get what I mean?!

You certainly have a bikini build. Don't be discouraged, when figure first came about a lot of the physique girls felt it was a slap in the face. New things always split audiences, but I think it's a good thing. It shows you can be fit but still remain feminine. Some of the fitness/figure girls are on the edge of losing their feminity - I was there once too - there just comes a point where muscle on a woman is too much for their build and blurs the lines. Do what you can do without causing yourself any harm and enjoy the experience. When you've done the dieting for shows and gotten up on that stage, you know what you've accomplished regardless of placings is an amazing feat ;)

That's exactly what was happening with me. Weird. I was also wondering...I had my body fat checked today and it was at 10.7%. This is the lowest I've been and I'm so excited because I feel good and I see changes. Every person that has seen that I'm at 10.7% is like "Megan you really need to be careful that's so low for a woman." I thought like 7% was looooow for a woman. Any thoughts??

meg... your not 10.7%.. females who are ready for figure or bikini sit at 10-12%.. i'd say the test your getting is biased... your around 17% imo...

Meg, I'd say you're 15-17%'ish, roughly. You're not 10%.

Something to remember: If you're not carrying a lot of muscle, but you're lean, you might be surprised at how different you'll look compared to another woman at 15% who has a lot of muscle mass.
